Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising a building project
• Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
• Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
• Ensure material requisitions are issued in inadequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.
• Ensure all work is completed for the program.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as being when required.

-Manage taxation, audit and all related matters.
The candidate
To be considered for this senior accounting role, candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Accounting qualification or ACCA/CIMA graduate.
Member of MIA.
Preference for candidates who are in age group 35-45
A solid work experience in the construction and/or property development industry.
Ideally candidate with prior experience in PLC set up will be an asset.
