Job Description:

- Process monthly payroll and wages, including payroll summary and related reports.
- Ensure timely statutory submissions related to payroll.

- Update and maintain HRMS and payroll systems.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring vacancies are filled with high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training and support to ensure their technical skills are up-to-date and their performance aligns with departmental goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of workshop operations for heavy equipment, truck and motor vehicle, including maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Ensure that services are executed efficiently and safely.

Position Objectives:

• To support Technical Functions (TEF) department on administrative related activities.
• To support TEF department on safety co-ordination for contractors to fulfil plant safety requirements.
• To support TEF MAE ReUse management activities.
• To support and co-ordination MAE shifting and external mover for PgP1/TEF department.
• To support TEF department on energy saving management co-ordination to fulfil plant EnMS requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and arranging mover to be on time for machine incoming & outgoing in term of uncrating and crating activities.
• To support and coordinate external mover for new workstation / machine received from goods receiving department to production floor.
• As Project coordinator for Contractor Orientation Program (COP), Work Permit (CWA), heavy duty vehicles approval for onsite moving activities, traffic clearance approval, PRS approval for traffic flow, Logistic approval for all TEF moving activities.
• Project coordinator to ensure all supplier under TEF responsibility must strictly follow the Health, Safety & Environment requirement.
• To support and coordinate external mover for new workstation/machine received from goods receiving department to production floor.
• ReUse MAE management activities to coordinate and ensure all MAE are easy to locate and a complete documentation with updating in Ti3 before storing.
• Team member in energy management to support TEF Department for improvement activity to fulfill Penang Plant Energy Management System (EnMS) objective.
• Energy Management System (EnMS) training and refresher for all TEF staffs for the new updates and newcomers.
• Provide support to TEF engineers on the FCM & LOT arrangement and administrative task.
• Provide support to TEF on enhancing the 5S improvement.
• To coordinate and follow up PgP1 scrap requisition and controlling.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The REO Procurement organization is responsible for assessing, sourcing, and managing WD Real Estate Operation suppliers, supporting WD’s technology and operational requirements globally. 

The incumbent requires to develop and maintain strong collaborative and cooperative working relationships with team members across different functions and at different levels within the organization. The position requires enthusiasm, passion, attention to detail and a desire to lead high-performance teams.

Position Description: Reporting to the Facility & Construction Sr. Director of Global Indirect Materials this person will lead and execute Strategic sourcing Projects, Complex Procurement Programs, and vendor management activities for assigned Facility and Construction categories and projects of low to high complexity scopes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the business owner for his or her Facility categories, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business entities. This entails owning forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the Facility category and construction industry, along with responsibility for driving strategic projects to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain (partnering) effective working relationship with assigned stakeholders.
• Ability to review and analyze data to determine sourcing opportunities based on best practice methodologies.
• Develop short-term/long-term category planning for both facility and construction, implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories following a standard strategic sourcing methodology.
• Capable of forming and driving Commercial, Technical bid reviews.
• Drive and develop the RFx process through to completion; including requirements gathering, identifying RFP criteria, scorecards with criteria and weighting, bidder's Proposals.
• Conduct high impact eSourcing events where applicable (e.g., eRFX).
• Capable of Developing and constructing Agreements.
• Solid negotiation skills on both Terms and Conditions plus cost targets (BATNA).
