1. Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk register, daily/weekly reports, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel related documentation.

2. Maintain and monitor quality control and records

3. Prepare and carry out presentation of tunnelling works prior to commencement of works.

4. Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of ground improvement, ERSS, deep excavation and bored tunnelling works

This role manages the Data Center projects in Singapore

• Develops mechanical and/or electrical engineering designs into construction plans and be responsible for the deliverables.
• Responsible for executing mechanical and electrical systems setups in Data Center and ensure that it is successfully commissioned according to the client's requirements.
• Conducts project assessments and is able to provide feasible and creative solutions based on the base programs.
• Manage the projects' costs and budgets for MEP section of the project.
• Plans the team's manpower and provides on-the-job coaching to staff in MEP and commissioning team.
