Job Description

NIROZE IDROOS LLC invite applicants for an immediate full-time position of a Legal Clerk.

Applicants should have at least a paralegal diploma with at least one (1) year experience in a law firm.

Only applicants with the following requirements will be shortlisted:-

1. Knowledge of E-litigation and ICMS.

2. Law research.

3. Customize precedents of court documents.

4. Drafting of correspondence and court documents.

5. Fast and accurate typing for recording court proceedings and

meeting attendance with clients.

6. A sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

7. Physical and Zoom Court attendances with Solicitor on case matters.

8. Prioritize work and meet deadlines.

9. Multi-tasker and attentive to details and follow up on every tasks

given.

11.Upkeeping of case files by ensuring all physical and digital files are up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer’s enquiries and direct them to related departments as and when it is required
• Attend and direct qualified visitors to the meeting rooms while waiting for the host
• Processing outgoing and incoming mails using the Franking Machine, arranging courier service or physically dispatch if required
