The candidate
To be successful, you will be a Malaysian age 26-35, possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification ACCA or CIMA. The ideal candidate for this role must be someone who have working experience (1-2 years) in internal auditing role within public listed company environment. Candidate should have a good knowledge of current Malaysian accounting and audit standards.
To be able to play a successful role, we are looking for candidates with a good command of English,both spoken and written besides conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin. Once on board, he/she must also be able to travel for audit assignments.

Job Description
Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office administration temporary role for an established group of companies based at city center in Kuala Lumpur.
Basic job function:
This junior position would be responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
Some of job duties would include:
*Responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, all photocopy work and all mail distribution.
*Responsible for filing or attaching mail.
*Responsible for file pulls as redirected by immediate supervisor.
*Responsible for maintenance of all files,replacing old files.
*Responsible for returning all files to the respective file shelves.
*Perform data entry tasks when required.

Chrisjac are looking for a qualified Accountant to assume the role of Group Finance Manager with a conglomerate based at Kuala Lumpur. The group's business activities are diversified,ranging from logistics, hospitality,real estate and property and maritime industry.
About the job
This is a full time permanent position, reporting directly to Financial Controller of the group in Malaysia.
The role will be to manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions of the company and several subsidiary companies within the group.
Key responsibilities:
*Responsible for Group consolidation and company financial reports.
*Responsible for timely and completion of annual statutory reporting,deal with audit and tax matters.
*Perform review country-by-country report and transfer pricing documents.
*To review quarterly financial reports of subsidiaries,associates and joint ventures.
*Manage taxation,audit and all related matters.
The candidate
*To be considered for this senior accounting role, candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Accounting qualification or ACCA/CIMA graduate.
*Member of MIA.
*Preference for candidates who are in age group 35-45
*5-8 years of experience with knowledge on group financial consolidation,financial reporting,audit and tax.
*Ideally candidate with prior experience in PLC set up will be an asset.
*A confident and well organised self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Good command of spoken and written English is required with good writing skills.
*A good working knowledge of accounting standards (FRS & IAS), taxation and company law will definitely a prerequisite to be considered for this role.

About the job
As the Executive,Internal Audit, you will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager and team members to enable an ongoing programmes of internal audits across the business. Your job role will involve in:
*Conduct financial, compliance and operational audits to evaluate the adequacy/appropriateness and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management process and corporate governance practices within business operation of the Group.
*Review quarterly management accounts and year end audited statutory accounts, including related party transactions.
*Make value added recomendations to reduce cost,improve processes or rectify weaknesses in controls.
*Preparation of comprehensive audit reports on assigned activities.
The candidate
To be successful, you will be a Malaysian age 26-35, possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification ACCA or CIMA. The ideal candidate for this role must be someone who have working experience (1-2 years) in internal auditing role within public listed company environment. Candidate should have a good knowledge of current Malaysian accounting and audit standards.
To be able to play a successful role, we are looking for candidates with a good command of English,both spoken and written besides conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin. Once on board, he/she must also be able to travel for audit assignments.
