Job Description :

* Closely communicate with Japan HQ with regard to the Branch’s IT and outsourcing management. Take

initiatives in introducing various measures to improve the Branch’s IT environment in coordination with Japan

HQ

* Manage the Branch’s IT related budget in communication with the Japan HQ

* Plan and manage the Branch’s IT security

* Monitor relevant regulations affecting the operations in the Branch and take appropriate actions to abide by

such regulations

* Support Branch staff in using IT equipment and address various IT related troubles.

* Prepare committee materials and regularly report to the Branch Management at the committee.

* Make other necessary reporting to Head of Department, Branch Management and to Japan HQ
