Roles & Responsibility

• Perform talent acquisition for contract staffing and permanent placements
• Establish strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
• Review and strive towards continuous enhancement of process and procedures for more efficient workflow and productivity optimisation
• Establish and maintain strong relationships between inter-departments to achieve the objectives of the business.
• Participate in Job and Career Fairs initiatives, networking sessions

Skills and requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience in EA staffing business/HR firms but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Adaptable, agile to the exponential growth of our business
• Tenure duration from Dec 2023 - Mar 2024
