要求：

• 空間規劃：考慮人潮、照明、參觀體驗等因素，有效規劃優化展覽空間。
• 詳細設計：建立詳細的設計方案，包括佈局圖、3D 渲染圖和材質規格，確保遵守預算限制。
• 協作：與行銷團隊密切合作，使展覽設計與促銷工作保持一致，確保採用有凝聚力和全面性的方法。
• 專案管理：管理從構思到安裝的端到端展覽設計流程，確保按時完成並遵守預算。
• 創新：緊跟產業趨勢、材料和技術，為展覽設計過程帶來新鮮和創新的想法。
• 利害關係人參與：與磚藝術家、設計師和其他利害關係人合作，了解他們的願景，並將其作為展覽的策劃內容納入整體設計中。

資格：

• 作為室內/展覽設計師擁有豐富的經驗，擁有展示成功專案的強大作品集。
• 展覽設計、室內設計、美術或相關領域的學士學位。
• 熟練使用AutoCAD、Adobe Creative Suite、3D建模工具等設計軟體。
• 強大的概念思維和解決問題的能力。
• 優秀的溝通和表達能力。
• 能夠在快節奏、截止日期驅動的環境中協作工作。
• 對細節的敏銳洞察力和對創造身臨其境且難忘的遊客體驗的熱情。
• 對樂高等積木玩具充滿熱情，熟悉藝術文化機構者優先。
