Human Centred Designers are the voice of the user throughout the zero-to-one venture building process. As an end-to-end designer, you will drive the design thinking practices and user research of a multidisciplinary team from an opportunity area to an investable startup concept. Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end activities of the full recruitment cycle. This includes but not limited to understanding the requirements of various roles, taking on a creative multi-channel approach to sourcing candidates, assessing the candidate, managing the candidate relationship, negotiating salary packages, and onboarding candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Rep - Nestle

• Manage the contractual obligations of Nestle account and to ensure that the agreed KPIs are fulfilled within stipulated timelines/
• Co-manage the recruitment of permanent and contract staff according to SOP such as completion of PRF, liaising with recruitment agencies, arranging and conducting interviews, reference checks, drawing up contracts, explaining the contract terms and conditions (includes all subsidiary and associate companies).
• Ensure all staff information is updated on time and available when needed in your areas of responsibility.

Learning & Development

• Plan the Annual Training Calendar, update it once every 6 months and notify all staff of the training available. (This is done via extracting the training needs from PMO).
• Organize in-house training on a monthly basis. Up to 20 staff to attend training monthly. Duties include registering staff for courses, preparing attendance list, applying for training passes, applying for SDF subsidy, obtaining a copy of the training materials for centralized filing and collating of evaluation forms.
• Update Training / BSC Report on a monthly basis.
• Co-manage TAP and other Leadership programmes. This includes tracking their movement such as promotion and transfer and follow-up on application of knowledge learnt.

Talent Management

• Manage the extension of contract of Consultants and Contract staff. Ensure timely renewal and that exit formality are done according to SOP.
• Monitor employee records to ensure commitments from the company including confirmation letters and warning letters.
• Take the lead in managing the Long Service Awards for all companies including subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Assist in recruitment activities by uploading/posting of job advertisements .
• Assist the Director and Manager in yearly recruitment talks at local university and polytechnics and other tertiary institution.
• If appointed as D&D rep - Responsible for the Pico Recognition Award, including issuance of certificate, making of the plaque and cheque and Long Service Award.

Back up

• Act as a back up to assist in work pass applications, renewal and cancellation for Pico and its subsidiaries and to ensure compliance with the relevant authorities, when required.
• Act as the back-up to print visa and certification letters, when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process including initial validation of hiring request (qualifications, job descriptions, competency, etc), determination of appropriate recruitment mode (newspaper, referrals, existing staff, etc), review resumes, circulate to hiring manager and to arrange interview in a timely manner including conducting reference checks and finally making the offer.
• Arrange interviews, when required and to attend to the interviewees when they arrive.
• Co-manage recruitment talks and campaigns at local university, polytechnic and other tertiary institution
• Work with associate offices on recruitment advertisement.

Onboarding of New Hires

• Take ultimate responsibility to ensure all new employee formalities such as work station, pc, medical, insurance, ERP access, etc. are completed within stipulated timelines
• Take charge of Onboarding of new staff including conducting Day One Orientation and arranging Meet-Up Session.

Manage offboarding

• Take charge of off-boarding of staff such as leave calculation, exit letter, exit interview, clearance formality, termination of insurance and medical, etc) and to ensure there are no pending matters.
• Update Exit Interview on a monthly basis.

Leave Administration

• Take charge of the E-Leave System including the functionality of the system.

Work Pass Management & Corp Pass Access

• Manage the application of all work passes as appropriate (“S” pass or employment pass) for Pico and its subsidiaries and to ensure compliance with the relevant authorities.
• Grant access of Corp pass to staff.

Employees Engagement

• Ensure open communication regarding work-related matters, provide a listening ear to all employees, resolve conflicts and address grievances.
• Issue transfer, re-designation letters or letters to update staff employment status.
• Take charge of the issuance of all visa application letters.

Management Report & Org Chart

• Responsible for the headcount report on a monthly basis for Pico and subsidiaries.

Staff Handbook

• Review and make recommendation to Staff Handbook to ensure that it is relevant and updated. Staff Handbook to be updated on an annual basis.

Payroll

• Supervise (and back-up when required) the Payroll Officer and to ensure 100% accuracy and timelines in salary payment and recovery.

ISO

• Manage the ISO system and to ensure that the audit is conducted smoothly leading to issuance of certificate.
• Monitor the Compliment letters to staff and to suggest appropriate occasion to present the letters.
• Monitor company culture and morale to track engagement, desired corporate behaviour (includes managing company events and addressing individual concerns).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

You will manage, drive and enable strategic HR projects and programs in support of our staff strategies. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Support the Chief Human Resources Officer to set and document project strategies and schedules, implement governance and drive project accountability while helping to and navigate potential roadblocks.

• Work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure the development and execution of robust change management plans including stakeholder management, and communications.

• Support the CHRO and team to develop and implement comprehensive multi-year Human Resources strategy that aligns with the Museum’s strategic priorities.

• Lead and support CHRO communications, including overseeing development of and directly writing and/or editing leadership presentations and organization-wide messages.

• Provide strategic support for the CHRO, including development of relevant agendas and driving and tracking of decisions and follow-up items.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in business or related field.

• 5 - 7 years of project management experience with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously for different stakeholders.

• Associate in project management, PMP certification and/or formalized project management training preferred.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

• Pay Range : $  145,000 - $165,000  / Annually

• Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, MOM and related market surveys, childcare leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves, NS Claims and training grant applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
• Generate payroll reports for auditing and management review
• Prepare and administer HR related letters (i.e. employment contracts, confirmation, promotion etc.), memos and/or notices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Equivalent in Human Resources related
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR working experience in fast paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast pace environment
• Self-Starter and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently

Current, we are looking out for one Multimedia Rsource Designer for one of our clients.

Scope Of Work :

• Design and develop interactive resources (offline and online) that may include motion graphics, animation (2D/3D), video and photo, graphic and illustrations and etc. for primary and secondary schools’ students
• Plan and design storyboard
• Maintain hardware for multimedia art

What you have :

• diploma in multimedia design or related areas and
• experience in creating multimedia learning resources using digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe AfterEffects
• programming knowledge for creation of simple interactive resources
• 3 years related working experience.
• Location : Buona Vista
• Woring Hours : 8.30am to 5,30am, Monday - Friday.

• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies and procedures;
• Support recruitment function, including candidate screening and extending offers of employment with guidance from management
• Assist the HR department with global human resource activities including employment metrics, compensation, benefits, employee relations, all HR costs and policies, immigration and separation;
• Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries;
• Develop and administer onboarding / new hire induction program;
• Translate tactical business plans into HR operational plans;
