Specific Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
2. Coordinate and assist with MOM passes application and related services.
3. Handle ICA related services efficiently and accurately.
Assist with government food/stall license application processes.
4. Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
5. Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to promote Ei-Biz services.
6. Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive presentations.
7. Manage social media platforms and engage with audiences to build brand awareness.
8. Utilize SEO techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools to optimize online content.
9. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
11. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
12. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
13. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to corporate secretary services.
14. Assist in preparing compliance filings and documentation as needed.
15. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
