Duties and Responsibilities: HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES 1. Clean and restock Doctors rooms daily, involving clearing away used instruments and replace, restock blood/ sample bottles and clean couches. 2. Ensure that stocks (drugs & consumables) are ordered and placed in Doctors rooms, Doctors bags, treatment rooms, including emergency supplies. 3. Prepare HCA & Doctors clinical areas, in readiness for clinical sessions including instrument preparation, cleaning, checking of expiry dates, replacing and restocking. 4. Asist in ensuring drug refrigerators are checked daily for the correct temperature, and that contents are checked for expiry dates. Ensure adequate supplies are available and that the cold chain is maintained. 5. Ensure that health promotion materials are maintained by restocking and re-ordering 6. Ensure that equipment is fully operational and that any servicing is arranged and recorded. 7.
