We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team based at Headquarter (PJ). Your responsibilities will be to convert incoming enquiries into sales or secure appointment for site inspection and good in follow up with customers.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for handling incoming calls for opportunities
• Process enquiries and proactively resolve customer issues & challenges effectively
• Build strong internal and external relationship through customer service support and delivery
• Convert incoming enquiries into sales or secure appointment for site inspection
• Identify and follow-up opportunities to gain new customers and conduct upselling to existing customers
• Proactively call to convert jobs into contracts
• Identify and follow-up complaints from newly signed up customers to prevent pre-mature termination
• Process all customers’ contracts and job orders in timely manner
• Effectively plan Residential Specialist’s work for optimum productivity
• Ensure all documentation pertaining to customers are updated into the respective service database timely and accurately
• Ensure the sales loop is reported accurately on daily basis
• Work out and agree on a payment plan with customer and support Residential Specialist as and when necessary
• Any other task or duties that maybe assigned from time to time

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies with proven track record in telemarketing environment

• Highly successful at converting incoming enquiries into sales or secure appointment for site inspection

• Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
• Call centre experience is an added advantage
• Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details
• Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management
• Good understanding of Business clients in your designated locations
• Autonomous and thrive on challenges

Highly Desirable:

Excellent customer service via phone & negotiation skills

• Ability and driven to convert incoming enquiries into sales or secure appointment for site inspection & exceed targets

Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels

Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Executive to join our team. Your role would be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Ensure proper recording of transactions for fixed assets and inventories of the company in accordance to international accounting standards and company policies
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts, reconciliation and reporting.
• Proper maintenance of data master.
• Coordinate and involve in stock take activities.
• Able to attend to and resolve matters in relation to fixed assets and inventories.
• Preparation and Computation of sales commissions/incentives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent.
