Responsibilities

• Maintaining the company purchase ledgers and liasing with suppliers. 
• Data entry and filing for all the invoice after processing. 
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Requirement

• Candidate must posses at least SPM certificate with knowledge in book keeping. 
• Knowledge in PC and able to operate SQL accounting software. 
• At least 1-2 years of related working working experience. 
• Preferrably those that can start immediately. 

Responsibility

• Handle full set account, account payable and ensure correctness and completeness of supporting documents
• Handle employee reimbursement, advance payment and ensure correctness and completeness of supporting documents
• To maintain proper records of all payments to suppliers, inter-company accounts and other creditors
• Preparation of monthly journal such as fixed asset, accrual & prepayment, and interest expenses
• Responsible for monthly closing and ensure reports submission follow as per closing schedule plan
• Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial
• Submission of the principal company's claim and ensuing claim reimbursement
  prepare monthly inventory adjustments and monthly stock count report 
• To perform other ad-hoc assigned tasks by the superior

Requirements

• Possess at least an SPM, LCCI, Diploma or bachelor’s degree related to the above fields.
• Minimum 3 years or relevant working experience. 
• Ability to work independently with responsibility, resourceful to complete objective within given timelines.
• Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist in Accounting Services to join our team at GoGlobal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing full sets of accounts, performing bookkeeping entries, generating analytical reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, they will provide mentorship to Associates, assist in internal audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilites

• Prepare and review full sets of accounts in a timely manner.
• Perform and review bookkeeping and accounting entries within the accounting system.
• Generate analytical reports and accounting schedules, scrutinize for anomalies, and devise plans for investigation and corrective actions.
• Review and ensure the precision of the accounting deliverables, and deliver them to the client within the agreed-upon timeline.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Associates while supervising the quality and deliverables of their work.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding basic inquiries on accounting matters.
• Explain procedures and control requirements according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Assist in internal audits and the development of processes.
• Contribute to and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify recurring issues or potential risks, suggest improvement opportunities, and contribute to project implementation.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, etc.) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office, etc.).

• Oversee the smooth and efficient running of Accounting Department and ensure compliance with statutory authority, audit and taxation requirements.
• Ensure effective management, monitoring and tracking of business entities, reporting financial status.

• Involvement and contribution in finance related projects including system improvements and upgrades which support the whole accounting processes.
