Duties:

• Ensuring the customer's needs are met on time to the required standards, while striving to exceed their expectations
• To work as part of the Sales team, providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Process customer orders and provide accurate quotes

- Ensure all contact information for vendors/3rd Parties is updated regularly.

- Verify that all hardware is within warranty coverage.

- Maintain and update helpdesk specific procedures on a quarterly basis.

- Attend daily Account Management Meetings in person.

- Monitor tickets on a daily basis.

*Major Incidents:*

- Provide escalation support when necessary and keep clients informed.

- Send out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports within 24 hours of issue resolution.

- Follow up with clients once incidents are resolved.
