Key Job Responsibilities

2. Conduct a search for conflicting trade marks that are already pre-existing on the national trade mark register; and

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction across manufacturing operations.
• Implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with key customers, understand their requirements, and provide technical support and solutions to address their needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive collaboration and foster long-term business partnerships.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems (QMS) to uphold product integrity and safety.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on technical management and leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in semiconductor fabrication processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership capabilities with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices.

Job Scope:

• Distribute and manage the feed formula of our HQ.
• Oversee overall product quality control for the company.
• Establish technology and quality systems, review existing work processes, and make improvements.
• Prepare and submit technology and quality reports to HQ.
• Liaise with government bodies, counterparties, and external clients.
• Ensure the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in premix feed mill operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least an undergraduate degree in animal nutrition, biological engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
