• Support data analytics work i.e. customer feedback, Key Quality Characteristics (KQC) performance, Optical Surface Analyzer (OSA) performance, process Cpk by form factor etc.
• Support request for Failure Analysis (FA), retrieve KQC data or OSA or Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) data, in-process data, data from INSITE database or other database as required.
• Support obtaining information related to shipment, on-hold, process improvement/update, experiments (ERNs), customer returns, and others.
• Responsible to assist in conducting line audits for compliance and follow up on audit findings for improvement.
• Responsible to update weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) charts for customers, Substrate and Media operations and procedure update as required.
• Accountable for accurate records in database for customer (Media or downstream customer) feedback.
• Authority to follow up and follow through committed actions/evaluation lots for improvements to Customer (Media), and escalate to Engineer if no response from action PIC.
• Responsible to maintain & updating the Quality Noticeboard.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading New Product Development lot/Work-Order execution at SMT, Mechanical Assembly, and Backend of SSD Assembly.
• Ensuring all execution activities follow SOP, WI, and VAR to meet yield and throughput expectations.
• Collecting and summarizing engineering data (Yield, Process Capability, Metrology Data, Error logs), observing any learnings, and communicating them to respective Engineers for improvement purposes.
• Preparing and setting up required collateral, jigs/fixtures to ensure build readiness.
• Assisting Engineers in following up with Operation and Quality teams on Work Order closure.
• Assisting Engineers with new material/component first articles inspection and final buyoff.
• Assisting Engineers in operating and troubleshooting processes & equipment either on SSD Frontend or on Backend Assembly to ensure flawless execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understood electrical system from incoming to distribution panels in production floors.
• Monitoring of electrical systems with monitoring parameters identified to provide a means of knowing the performance of the electrical system.  Troubleshooting if there is fault occurred.
• Monitoring of electrical, N2 and water consumption and providing a report and trending to superior.
• Fire-fighting systems – Monitoring, testing and maintenance of the system to provide maximum protection to employees and assets. Ensure that:
  • Preventive maintenance schedule is prepared and maintained.
  • Coordinate all monthly preventive maintenance activity with Fire-fighting contractor.
  • Communicate with other department when testing is carried out.
  • Service records are filed and maintained.

BROAD FUNCTIONS:

• Provide 24x7 IT Services Operation and Infrastructure (Level 1) support.
• Coordinate IT Infrastructure Problem Management and escalation.
• Coordinate with Global team to perform site testing and buyoff.

• Provide technical support to critical users.
• Provide site mobile communication support to corporate and remote users.
