Supporting the implementation of the Mentoring training framework.
Management support

Awareness sessions for every manager who takes on an Apprentice.
Design and upkeep of management guides for each programme with each provider.


Apprentice Hub Management

Management of existing colleagues requesting to go onto Apprenticeship programmes.
Commitment calls with Line Manager and requesting colleague.
Sourcing suitable providers to deliver the chosen qualifications.

About you

You will have excellent IT skills and be highly proficient in MS office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

Job Purpose:

This interim generalist role focuses on providing first line support to operational managers on a range of issues to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency in line with Brandon policies, assisting managers with challenging change programmes and creating a climate in which Brandon can thrive.

Support project and development work, as required and in line with the Trust’s business plan and HR strategy. This may include change management or TUPE matters.

Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a newly created stand alone position. Responsibilities include;

Manage and advise on end-to-end recruitment from processing applications, conducting interviews and reference checks to offer negotiation.
Develop engaging job advertisements that reflect the brand and attract high quality applicants.
Work collaboratively to draft position descriptions aiming to accurately represent role requirements.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to negotiate fees, and support recruitment processes.
