REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES: -
a) At least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management/other          related studies
b) Intermediate Excel Sheet skills
c) Must be proficient with written and spoken English, Malay, and            Mandarin (Preferred)
d) Preferred those with experience in FMCG

f)  Five and the half days work week (Half day on Saturday)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Generate purchase orders to suppliers to ensure sufficient inventory at all times.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery in good condition.
• Follow up with supplier for latest ongoing promotions or deals
• Liaise with suppliers on all procurement of goods and services and implement corrective action if required.
• Managing warranty case and assist sales team to manage customer’s expectation on handling warranty unit
   

REQUIREMENT

• Possess work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• High degree of self-motivation with good working attitude

Job Description

• Install customized furniture on client sites according to specifications and design plans.
• Measure and assess the space to ensure proper fit and alignment of cabinets.
