• Actuar como facilitador para brindar la mejor experiencia integrada para nuestros médicos, incluyendo su perspectiva y la de sus pacientes

• Generar el relacionamiento adecuado con los profesionales de la salud especializados/KOLs, en adelante “Clientes”, a fin de brindarles soluciones y contenido educativo y científico

• Dar apoyo para lograr mejorar los outcomes del paciente, a traves de brindar oportunidades de educacion continua a los médicos proveyendo servicios habilitados para una experiencia científica de alto nivel

• Analizar a través de las bases de datos que se pongan a su disposición, las métricas de interacciones con sus Clientes y la preferencias de contenidos, para definir en conjunto con el equipo de marketing y digital nuevas soluciones/canales para tener a disposición (cocreación con marketing y áreas transversales de plan de omnicanalidad)

• Demostrar conocimiento sobre las preferencias de los Clientes respecto al contenido y canales de comunicación, para orquestrar una experiencia ideal para ellos a través de la selección de contenido y soluciones relevantes

• Definir conjuntamente con marketing y comercial, planes estratégicos para el abordaje de necesidades de las principales cuentas, y ser capaz de redefinir acciones con las mismas a través del análisis de las bases de datos comerciales disponibles en la compañía

• De un modo reactivo ser el punto de contacto con clientes comerciales estratégicos en su zona cuando sea necesario, para brindar insights al área comercial que permita el armado de estrategias puntuales dirigidas a facilitar el acceso de los pacientes a nuestros tratamientos.

ROLE SUMMARY

Field based, direct-access SME for brands that require enhanced patient care and HCP support skills not provided by sales-based FF. Interactions occur after a prescribing decision has been made. The interactions occur in-person and/or virtually.

• Provides direct access subject matter expertise for the dedicated therapeutic experts/KOL regarding “All I need to know about my medicine” for specialized medication-specific support (i.e. Treatment guideline, clinical trial, etc)

• Performs as an on-demand virtual consultant with specific expertise with Pfizer brands.

• Direct line of communication to HCPs regarding patient insights for optimal patient selection and treatment (future opportunities in product information/scientific activities and risks).

• Provide in-services to HCPs within hospitals and clinics for launch brands.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Primary Objective of Position

The Sales Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for coaching teams and selling the AlinIQ portfolio within the Abbott Diagnostic Division. This role is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and is focused on retention, penetration and net new customer selling within their team’s zone.
