Your contribution to something big!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure aligned and market relevant T&C between all channels considering customer cluster/subcluster.
2. Portfolio: customer segmentation & definition of Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group
3. Define/Review Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group for 12 months, track/adapt after 6 months Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group's performance.
4. Prepare target planning and forecasting.
5. Potential: Define the potential of attraction of new customers
6. Sales competency requirements (Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB), supervisor) and manual "How to work with customers?“
7. Calculate & ensure EBIT of the channel.
8. Control sales process
   1. Get promo activities and promo calendar from marketing.
   2. Collect information on new launched products, Define focus products.
   3. Target setting per agent & customer [TGS]
   4. Ensure to have Partner Type 05 maintained.
   5. Define & align Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) targets with Business Operations (BOP).
9. Check global sales process & confirm/adjust/provide comments.
10. Sales data integrated planning and ordering system (IPOS) & Sales Price (SPs) system exchange preparation.
11. Ensure the customer development report is analyzed and all action are taken.
12. Based on the report provided by with Business Operations (BOP) prepare customer mix for next year and align with channel management and Cost Break Down (CBD)
