E-Commerce Sales Manager
Description -
What an E-Commerce Sales Manager does at HP:
- Drive the HP Consumer and Small Medium Business (SMB) Direct Online store (HP Shopping) & Call Centre experience and eRetailer presence for Malaysia, defining and implementing the business models to support.
- Lead the call center sales agent teams selling direct to consumer and SMB
- Define the product mix for PC, Print, and above the box that will drive the highest conversion rate to sales.
- Define the pricing and promotional strategy (long and short term) for all products being offered on the site.
- Drive decisions about presentation and placement of product on the store impacting conversion, basket size and order size.
- Partner with marketing teams on targeting the demand generation priorities driving the targeted traffic to the site.
- Partner with partner IT teams to define needs, and implement solutions.
- Partner with the RBU (Regional Business Unit) and GBU (Global Business Units) on product offerings.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree holder, Advanced University or MBA preferred.
- Direct Online B2C / B2B eCommerce sales and Call Centre leadership experience.
- Digital Marketing experience.
- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customer, and higher level customer interface.
- Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities.
- Minimum 5 years of related sales experience, direct E-Commerce selling experience preferred.
- Project management skills required.
