Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and oversee the day-to-day shift allocation for external staff, ensuring timely and efficient matching of staff to client requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Control, manage and oversee claims and customer services delivery for products distributed and serviced in the SAP region ensuring all contracted service levels and KPI’s are met
