The Contingent Workforce Senior Commodity Manager is responsible for developing the sourcing strategies for the Contingent Workforce Program Office. The person in this position would be recognized as a sourcing expert for global contingent workforce, would liaison with legal, act as Procurement ambassador to the business and integrate into the business to ensure a complete alignment and deep understanding of the business goals and partner in developing sourcing strategies. The goal is to be value-added sourcing partners to the business. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to optimize the acquisition, deployment, and management of temporary, contract, and freelance personnel across various departments and functions.  The position involves developing negotiation strategies, advising requestors on contract terms and conditions, monitoring cost and scope of assigned contracts to assure compliance, best value and validate/improve pricing. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sourcing:

   • Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy for contingent workforce categories, including temporary staff, contractors, freelancers, and consultants.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:

   • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies for contingent workforce management.
   • Mitigate risks associated with misclassification of workers, co-employment, and other legal and regulatory concerns.
   • Collaborate with legal and HR departments to develop and maintain proper documentation and contracts for contingent workers.

4. Demand Forecasting and Planning:

   • Work closely with department managers and project leads to understand short-term and long-term workforce needs.
   • Develop accurate demand forecasts for contingent labor across different functions and projects.

5. Cost Management:

Job Responsibilities:

• As Lead and Product Owner for a product family, responsible to coordinate, address & solve all product technical issues arise from manufacturing environment until product end of life (EOL).

• As part of centralization for creating trial order whenever there is need on release new HW or SW that required for trial before implement to production. To do follow and ensure all trial orders are fulfill and closure.
• To maintain and sustain debug documents whenever is necessary and new information update if needed. Debug guideline is document that described the details on the steps to perform troubleshooting for failure parts during production processes / testing. Assembling/dismantling of parts with proper guidelines and also guideline for repairing.
• To be key driver in problem solving on quality issues encountered in final assembly operations which include PDI, 0 km defects as well as field failures.
• Support in preparation of technical presentation material to management and customer. Co-operate with other relevant departments in plant, to meet section goals and objectives. Provide support in engineering change, 8D reports related to plant.
