About You

Experience and knowledge requirements for this role:

• An understanding of contract scope, including payment mechanisms, procedures, variation control and their importance to managing a site and the services provided including the ability to calculate the rewards and penalties of meeting or not meeting set KPI’s
• Develop and manage the service contract database, ensuring visits have gone ahead on time and Sodexo have been invoiced accurately and efficiently in accordance to agreed budget
• Liaise with suppliers & service providers to obtain all required Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and training evidence to meet with all H&S requirements

The Service
This Housing Service Lead role is working across four supported housing services in Margate, Rochester, Canterbury and Ashford. These services work with their service users on any underlying support needs and facilitate their move on to independent living.

The Role
The focus of this Housing Service Lead role is to lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high quality, effective supported housing services and/or housing management services to a range of service user groups (including young people, homeless people and prison leavers) that meet their needs and meet contractual requirements and financial targets.

To prioritise the workload so that urgent samples are dealt with in a timely manner and to record all urgent requests as required, to follow these up and promptly give results to the requesting clinician. Administrative: To carefully check subject details so that the requests out and results back to the Trusts information system are suitable for clinicians to access. To use and update Open Eyes and PAS to ensure Data Quality, where necessary.
