• Perform full sets of Accounts using the Autocount Accounting software.
• Generate monthly financial statements
• Prepare monthly collection report and other reports as assigned (with MS Excel) 
• Monitor Debtors Aging Report on collection and inform Sales personnel to collect outstanding balances.
• Prepare outstanding debtor reports for management review
• Compile customer credit application forms and documents for approval

Develop, implement and manage global and regional branding and marketing campaigns together with the Creative and Product teams, under the direction of the Regional Sales Team, guided by the Marketing Manager. Account

- To handle full sets of accounts.

- Responsible for monthly and yearly financial closing

- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.

So what is your role about?

• You are important in arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling and conduct presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses.
