The role will be hybrid working, 3 days in the office 2 days from home after, this will be introduced after the training period.

The role will sit within the Housing Management and Property Litigation team and will be supporting senior lawyers as well as building your own caseloads. The ideal candidate will be LPC qualified and have a specific interest within the Housing sector. Ideally you will have housing management, leasehold management or property litigation experience, but this is not essential. The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) assists the Public Guardian with her statutory function which protects people in England and Wales who may not have the mental capacity to make certain decisions for themselves, such as about their health and finance. The successful applicants will be required to;-

This is a temporary fixed term position to cover maternity leave of an employee.

Primary functions:

· Reporting to the VP - Legal , the candidate will assist in all the Legal & Secretariat affairs of the Group’s regional businesses and companies;

About the Role
