Job Summary

Assist Regional Head CPM ASA to establish and drive CPM strategy for ASA region.

Responsibilities

· Work as part of the Regional CPM ASA team to establish and drive CPM strategy for ASA region.

· Assist Regional Head of CPM to set and implement the strategy for ASA region in line with Global CPM strategy. Monitor delivery of business performance objectives for ASA Region, ensure adherence to CPM business conduct framework within the region.

· Enabling better and faster decision making by the frontline by providing transparency and global consistency, complementing the current Risk and Finance functions. This includes reinforcing first line ownership of risk

Role Responsibilities

This role is at the heart of the purpose of the organisation and is a unique opportunity to manage and lead the Conduct, Financial Crime Compliance (CFCC) Advisory global team for Trade which is part of our Transaction Banking (TB) business in our Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (CCIB). It is a critical role in the Function helping the business effectively manage risk as they provide products and services that power the real economy.

Key Responsibilities:

The role holder will be one of the senior risk management leaders of the CFCC Advisory TB team and will be responsible for the oversight of sub-risk types across Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance (AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Fraud) and Conduct Risk.

· Support and implement the vision, strategy, direction and leadership for Trade CFCC, in support of the Bank’s strategic direction and growth aspirations.

Role Responsibilities

Job Summary

The role is to drive the strategic direction and develop an impactful agenda for vendor management across Supply Chain Management (SCM) globally in order to further enhance the competitive edge of the Bank.

Drive the overall SCM Vendor Management agenda to ensure a consistent and quality approach in Vendor Management across the Group. This includes defining the value proposition and obtaining Business buy-in for the scope and longer-term benefits of Vendor Management for Global Businesses/Functions. Embed and optimises a partnership framework with Vendors to increase service offering, improve capabilities & competitiveness, and improve performance.

Design, influence and execute the Supply Chain Sustainability operations for the Group. This includes embedding a consolidated Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approach and methodology for new suppliers and across the existing supply base. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as NGOs and technology vendors and leveraging the Vendor Management teams to embed the Bank’s Sustainability agenda across its supply chain.

Vendor Management

· Drive the overall SCM Vendor Management agenda to ensure a consistent and quality approach in Vendor Management across the Group. This includes defining and providing clarity on the scope and value proposition of Vendor Management within SCM and Global Business/Functions

· Lead and influence senior engagements with Business/ Functions for the buy-in of SCM Vendor Management Services including the appointment of Strategic Owners for key relationships

· Define and agree the approach and methodology for Vendor segmentation with Global Business/Functions Heads to drive effective the supplier performance and contract management

· Define and align measurable SLAs and KPIs across a service/vendor type

Role Responsibilities Strategy Ensure effective performance in the fraud risk management function thru assisting the Head Fraud Risk Operations, Hong Kong as well as working closely with other team members to adhere to policies and guidelines, taking initiatives to identify risk areas and suggesting changes of control measures. · Set the firm standard and approach for Executive Talent Management, engaging closely with Heads of HR and key partners to deliver a robust approach that manages business needs for today and strengthens our future leadership pipeline

· Responsible for delivering end to end executive succession management cycle, including enterprise initiatives to support executive successor development

· Manage a portfolio of Talent Assessment products and solutions (including partnerships with third party partners) that are deployed to support to support talent identification and development of executive talent

· Partner with HR stakeholders to curate the experience, manage the engagement and measure the impact of our investments in Executive level talent pools

· Responsibility

· Collaborate closely with Executive Resourcing colleagues and Heads of HR to drive integration of talent identification, development and deployment practices that result in an increased movement of top talent across the firm

· Program management of the Enterprise Leaders talent pool and deepening the prospective pipelines connecting to Talent development interventions.

· 12+ years' experience in Human Resources across complex multinational organizations, ideally with a background in professional services, management consulting or financial services Talent Management
