OPPORTUNITY
A unique opportunity has arisen to join our Warehouse Team as an Administrator.
PURPOSE
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a new challenge or for a candidate with previous relevant experience. You will be responsible for handling all incoming queries regarding factory-packaging requests, suppliers/hauliers, booking in deliveries, enquires from the rest of the business, and ordering materials from other warehouses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process factory pull lists for Warehouse employees
Check goods against delivery invoices when upon deliver. Advise Buyers of any anomalies from delivery notes
Action rejection and cover notes for damages, and circulate to the appropriate departments
Ensure regular communication of updates or changes to all necessary departments
Maintain and update all filing systems
Maintain and update the Warehouse noticeboards as and when required
Assist with stock counts
Assist and support the Warehouse Operatives, if and when required
Action email enquires in a timely manner
