1. To do sales and marketing of building material for PKNS related projects and other projects
2. To penetrate open accounts jobs
3. To promote vendor products
4. Monitor and track outstanding invoices and overdue payments from clients.  Proactively contact customers to remind them of payment obligations and facilitate the collection process
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with  contractors, developers, suppliers and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements
6. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate for better pricing of building materials

Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum qualification degree in Marketing or equivalent
2. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction industry
3. Age between 25 to 35 years old
4. Willing to work in contract basis
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Computer literate
7. Possess own transport

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Overall Planning and Project Management of all the Strategic Development.

2. Repurposing and Digital coordination for various social media channels.

3. Play an active role in creating the strategic framework with senior management within key customers and Strategic partnerships. 

4. To meet company and department KPIs you need to demonstrate exceptional analytical, communication, Pricing Negotiation, and time management skills. 

5. Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials such as terms and conditions for contract management and agreements to maximize profit. 

6. Prepare monthly management reports and conduct feasibility studies as and when required.

7. Identify Market Success by researching industry trends and competitor environments, products and services, and pricing.

8. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally, perform all marketing work.

Requirements:

• Preferably for Chinese candidates with Proficiency in Mandarin both verbal and written.
• Preferably Proven working experience (> 2 years) in Digital Marketing or Business Development.
• Communication skills in Fluent Bahasa Malaysia or English will be an added advantage. 
• Graduated in High School, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Early Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and marketing software.
• Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.

Job Description

· Responsible for overall development and maintenance of the website including page updates, social media, and other resources.

· Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and press releases.

· Ensure follow our corporate direction on branding guidelines and templates.

· Develop and execute promotional campaigns through various channels such as exhibitions, marketing, print advertisements, and updating brand signage & social media networks.

· Create and support marketing strategies by preparing marketing materials brochures, promotional flyers, Facebook & website.

· Collaborate with Operation Departments to identify customer needs & requirements and able to judge the practicality of any request before making any decision to proceed.

· Proficient in social media engagement via Facebook, Instagram, etc.

· Constantly review and update websites, Facebook, email discussions, live charts & Revinate to generate reports to compliant objectives.

· Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.

· 2+ years of progressive, related experience in marketing and communications strategy and execution, ideally in the retail industry.
