Responsibilities

• Act as the client's window for research operations in general, such as research planning, questionnaire/ interview flow creation, tabulation specification, analysis/reporting, etc. 
• Work with the department in charge of the fieldwork, the department that performs tabulation, etc., and acquire necessary data accurately and smoothly 
• Assist senior staffs with sales activities such as presentations for clients 
• Assist senior staff through secondary data collection and business support

Requirements

• Strong organization skills and time management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a prerequisite
• Familiarity with data collection and statistical software such as SPSS / Qualtrics / Tableau / etc would be beneficial
• Working knowledge of big data analytics, data mining, data science would be an advantage
• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing / market research / analytical roles would be considered for senior role

We are looking for a Account Research Senior Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team within our Marketing division. Your job will be to provide analytical and reporting support for athenahealth’s Marketing organization. But enough about us; let’s talk about you.

You are a person who will provide critical support to the Enterprise and Group Marketing teams, largely through conducting account-specific research on the 500+ health systems and medical groups in the Enterprise (ENT) and Group (GP) segments, as well as aiding in research for industry events targeting these segments

The Team: Marketing operations team provides operational support for athenahealth’s Marketing organization and responsible to ensure that timely and accurate US healthcare provider data is available for Marketing and Sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Completing comprehensive research and intelligence documents detailing the strategic, operational, financial, and other newsworthy aspects of Enterprise and Group accounts to inform sales and marketing.
• Supporting the coordination and execution of all aspects of the Enterprise and Group Marketing teams
• Working with a wide variety of team members to ensure alignment and follow-through on all campaigns, sales meetings, and events.

Bangor Business School are seeking to appoint a permanent full time Senior Lectureship in Marketing on a Teaching & Research track. Candidates would be expected to demonstrate high-quality research in progress and clearly defined plans for the next REF and beyond. Successful candidates will be expected to teach at all levels with some modules drawing on their research interests and expertise, and to contribute to postgraduate supervision.

The successful candidate should possess a PhD (or near completion) in Marketing (or a related/relevant subject area).

The successful candidate will contribute proactively to Bangor’s ambitions as a sustainable university. They will make a substantial input to the process of equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to work and live in a way that safeguards environmental, social, economic and cultural well-being.

The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this role.

This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
