Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires

• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations

• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market

• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Responsibilities

• Curate copywriting content for various projects, business pitch and marketing channels.

• Propose ideas for social media visual content in line with company’s marketing strategies and promotions.

• Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms.

• Implement direct email marketing campaigns from start to finish.

• Monitor performance of various media platforms such as FaceBook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Devise plans to increase social media engagement and followership.

• Assist in other administrative duties such as database updating, documents filing and printing, and reports compilation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience

- Assist in delivery of goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Summary of Role:

Your role is to assist the team with maintaining and improving quality of accounting processes. You will be assisting with both the AP and the AR processes, developing and maintaining internal controls processes such as reconciling statement of accounts and documents verification. Your day-to-day will be focused on accurate and timely recording of transactions.

Job Description

· Perform data entry of daily accounting entries.

· Supplier invoice management and payment processing.

· Prepare of Bank Reconciliation and other reconciliations.

· To support day to day operations of the team in recording invoice/receipt entries, bank transactions

· Sales & receipts verification as part of the internal control process.

Job Requirements:

· GCE ‘N’ Level equivalent or above

· Basic Accounting knowledge

· Knowledge and experience in MS excel and MS word

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in e-stores management, including updating inventory status, creating new products, and setting up promotions.
• Provide support in digital marketing activities.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely response.

EDUCATION

• Diploma in Marketing or related fields.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Possesses excellent customer service mindset with good communication skills.
• Good written and verbal skills (English and Mandarin - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts).
• Organized and meticulous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Looking for part-timer, to commit for at least 3-4 months, 3 full days a week (preferably on Tuesday to Thursday).
