Job Description

• Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, researching, and data compilation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Update databases and spreadsheets with new employee information, customer data, etc.
• Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
• Responsible in preparing reports as requested by superiors.
• Ensuring the office supplies is sufficient and stored properly.
• Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.
• Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, correspondences, and other documents related to authorities, legal and other matters related to the property's maintenance and management.
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Your primary responsibility will be to write engaging content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, including email, social media, messaging, and more.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content and marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement and brand growth.
• Conduct interviews and user research sessions to gain insights into our audience's preferences and interests, enabling you to create content that truly resonates.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and adhere to brand guidelines across all content materials.
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality content that meets requirements and exceeds expectations.

What will you do:

• To handle daily repayment distribution and reconciliation;

• To handle repayment related matters such as preparation of settlement letters, financing contracts & other ad hoc tasks assigned;
• To conduct analytical reports & research;
• To process review and system enhancement;
• To build and monitor performance dashboards to produce management reports.

What are we looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in banking , finance, accounting, or any related field.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Independent with persuasive.
• Interpersonal skills and results-driven.

• Familiar with Excel and accounting analysis.
• Good communications and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to speak in dialects would be added advantage.

About the Role

Responsible for providing full range of legal advice and services

• Provide legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations and privileges of AIA
• Represent AIA to customers, suppliers, competitors and government agencies
• Provide resolution of business or technical issues by identifying legal solutions and recommending a course of action
• Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the management of customer accounts, including updating customer information and collection of documents & payment details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience processes and procedures
• Help and support organize and participate in customer events and promotions.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvements
• Perform Market analysis and research on competitors

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Control Tower:
Assist in daily freight operation
Handle daily communication and correspondence to external & internal customers

- Booking Desk:
Checking New Booking received from Customer/Shipper/Supplier.
Determine shipment is moving via BOllore/FEDEX/DHL.
Create TR via LINK for shipment activation. (Sending instructions to network)

- Data Quality:
Monitor missing event report.
Updating missing event via LINK.

-Billing:
Responsible for execution of billing for Bollore/FEDEX?DHL shipment.
Ensure all shipment event via LINK.

- Follow up with additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate with KEK (Kursus Ejen Kastam) is a bonus.

- No work experience required.
- Good command of English
- Preferred skill(s): Good Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Endless drive to learn.
- Preferably Internship duration of 6 month(s)

• To assist superior in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Shopee, Lazada and Zalora
• Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance)
• To explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales. (python, HTML will be an added advantage) for web crawling competitor pricing (if possible)
• Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.
