RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible to check all payroll payments which includes salary, incentives, OT, statutory payments and other allowances.

2. 外籍勞工管理

職責：

-管理所有外籍工人的許可證續約，確保及時處理和維護準確的數據記錄。

- 隨時了解相關外籍工人法規並確保公司合規。

- 處理外籍工人的每月薪資單，確保準確性和及時性。

-協助人力規劃和人才招聘，以支持業務擴張，並專注於外籍勞工招聘策略。

-及時、準確地處理每月薪資和準備各種人力資源報告。

要求：

-候選人必須至少擁有文憑、高級/高級/研究生文憑、學士學位、研究生文憑、專業學位、人力資源管理、心理學或同等學歷。

- 至少 1 至 3 年人力資源/薪資工作經驗。

- 熟悉勞工法和立法，如 1955 年就業法、1967 年勞資關係法、1951 / 1991 年 EPF 法、1969 年 SOCSO 法等。

- 熟練 Microsoft Excel/應用程式。

-足智多謀，能夠按時完成工作，獨立工作的能力和良好的團隊合作精神。

- 能夠立即開始將是一個優勢。

義務與責任：

• 執行並適當實施全方位的人力資源職能、薪資和
  總部和分支機構的招聘處理。
• 負責及時法定付款（例如EPF、SOCSO、EIS、HRDF、PCB等）、新員工登記、更新員工記錄。
• 更新和維護員工記錄並確保所有員工檔案
  得到有效更新和管理。
• 負責公司的秘書和行政工作，包括與公司秘書聯絡以取得公司文件。
• 必要時準備和修改人力資源信函和相關文件，即僱傭合約、續約合約等。
• 交叉檢查並核實加班申請。
• 處理總部辦公室的一般行政職責（例如辦公室維護、處理傳入郵件/快遞、文具、印刷、辦公室飲用水供應、保險/路稅更新、許可證申請和更新等），並為分支機構提供支援公司。
• 管理公司電子郵件，必要時接聽電話。
• 維護並填寫總部和分支機構的租賃協議（如適用）等。
• 協助信用調查、文件蓋章以及維護
  記錄。
• 在適用的情況下與外部供應商聯絡（報價的辦公設備供應商、分公司等）。
• 必要時支援其他部門。
• 不時分配的任何其他職責。

資格和技能：

• 候選人必須至少擁有學士學位/研究生文憑或同等學歷；
• 至少1-2年相關領域的工作經驗；
• 注重細節；
• 良好的團隊合作精神，願意學習；
• 良好的溝通能力；
• 具備電腦知識及人力資源軟體、Microsoft Office 等能力。
