職責

• 透過與潛在客戶/ID 公司/供應商/業務合作夥伴建立融洽關係、任命和推銷，識別銷售機會、尋找新的銷售線索並提出潛在的業務交易。
• 進行現場測量。
• 與團隊密切合作，制定成長策略，並參與銷售推廣、諮詢和設計規劃。
• 準備專案報價和成本核算。
• 實現月度銷售目標。

要求

• 室內/建築、行銷、商業研究或同等學歷的最低文憑。
• 另一個優點是熟悉使用室內設計軟體，如 AutoCAD、SketchUp 和 KD Max。
• 三年室內設計/櫥櫃和業務開發/銷售/推廣。
• 精通馬來語和英語或普通話。

Responsibilities:

• Collabrate with clients to understand their goals, functional requirements, and budget contraints
• Develop design concepts, colour palettes, mood boards, and presentations to communicate and visualize design ideas to clients
• Create 2D and 3D design drawings, renderings, and layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit
• Select and specify appropiate materials, finished, furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Provide guidance and recommendations on colour scheme, lighting and spatial arrangements to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and industry standards throughout the design process
• Collabrate with architects, contractors and suppliers to coordinate project implementation and ensure timely and successful execution

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate also can apply.
• Knowledgeable about material aplication.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Autocad, Skethup, Microsoft Excel.
• Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Architecture and have graduated from a recognised insitute.
• Preferred skills: 3DMax, Adobe Photoshop
• Must be willing to work in Balakong (need to go for site visiting or attend meeting at site)
• Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Working Hour 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday; Saturday alternate 8.30 -1.00

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Art / Design / Entertainment or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
