This position is expected to be filled in a work location that is within the states of Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, or Texas.

At a Glance:

The Senior IT Compliance Analyst is the primary representative for H&P on all aspects of IT audit and regulatory compliance activities.  This position will interface regularly with key stakeholders across the company to obtain remediation plans for risks and audit activities, track those remediation plans, gather evidence that the activities were completed successfully, and update IT Risk management metrics and KPIs.

What you will do: 

• Provide direct support, as required, for IT-related compliance efforts to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and the ability to meet H&P’s compliance requirements from regulatory stakeholders, customers, and internal oversight functions

• Work directly with IT Governance and Response, internal stakeholders, and external parties (e.g.  customers, vendors, auditors) to improve and continue to build H&P’s IT compliance management program

• Champion fiduciary responsibility of control owners and contribute to audit quality through best practice recommendations in retaining control evidence and clear audit trails

• Develop, maintain, execute, and report on a robust and repeatable process for the identification, analysis, and tracking of IT-related compliance findings

• Negotiate and act as an intermediary with Internal Audit and internal teams to close current and future audit items

• Develop and maintain a controls self-attestation process for IT compliance controls with identified metrics and KPIs to monitor effectiveness

• Review designs and suggest changes to remediation plans of deficiencies identified in SOX, ESG, security audits or customer compliance inquiries. 

• Provide continuous assessment and analysis of trends, control gaps or deficiencies to leadership.  Meet with stakeholders to inform them of issues, assess appropriate mitigation and remediation activities, and track the agreed upon progress of those activities

• Monitor industry regulatory environment, and closely related or connected industries, for changes and impacts that may affect H&P’s IT compliance posture.  Assess the associated risk towards compliance for the organization and provide timely recommendations and reporting

• Leverage metrics and KPIs, to provide leadership and cross-functional teams with actionable recommendations for improvements to systems, processes, and / or procedures that will reduce overall enterprise risk associated with regulatory compliance for IT processes

• Support driving overall behavioral changes that result in a compliance-focused culture at H&P

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and oversight of IT-related policies, procedures, standards, and associated documentation

• Recommend changes to procedural documentation to encourage meeting compliance and regulatory objectives

• Coordinate organizational responses to standardized assurance questionnaires on behalf of H&P’s customers and partners

• Evaluate IT programs and activities, under standard industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, IADC guidelines and standards, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST SP 800-53, and other related or applicable documentation

What you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity or Information Assurance or equivalent

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, oversight and reporting, or related activities

• Experience and knowledge of common regulatory and risk related frameworks such as NIST CSF, AICPA SOC 2, ISO27001/2, SOX etc.

• Experience performing or directly supporting risk assessments (internal and external), threat and vulnerability assessments, and related activities

• Ability to analyze incomplete sets of information and make recommendations based on known values and reasonable assumptions for what is not known

• Proven ability to improve and enhance corporate IT compliance and related programs, as well as an in-depth ability to gather, analyze, and report on deficiencies and remediation plans from multiple sources involving several stakeholder groups.

• Ability to implement feedback loops for stakeholders to make incremental performance improvements over time

• Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, OSX, etc.), business applications, logging, virtualization technologies; and related server, networking, and workstation protocols and security issues

• Working knowledge of enterprise IT concepts (Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), etc.) and how these technologies impact compliance posture

• Experience working within teams and with external (corporate and third-party) groups, preferably within an IT operations environment

• Highly motivated, self-starting individual with ability to multi-task and manage to timelines with limited supervision in a fast paced and agile environment

• Proven strong oral and written communication / presentation skills to a broad range of employees. Ability to clearly communicate and articulate technical details to IT and Engineering personnel, but also simplify explanations for non-technical individuals and executives

• Strong interpersonal skills that establish and sustain close working relationships with functional teams and subject matter experts both internal and external to IT

Senior QA Engineer - Disruption

Disruption Handling aims at managing any unplanned event (weather, strike, or any other cause that grounds planes) in order to limit impacts for both airlines and travellers. Within Airport and Airlines Operations, the Disruption department provides end-to-end products and solutions, allowing airlines to smoothly manage day-to-day disruptions up to massive disruptions impacting the full network, empowering customers to self-rebook and agents to monitor efficiency of the process.

Within this department, we are looking for talented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers who will be intervening in the Disruption train managing the delivery of the features related to disruption products and maintaining the good level of quality.

Your role

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer embedded in an agile feature team, your mission is to:

• Perform functional (system) tests of new features (Back-End and Front-End):  Test Strategy, Test Case Definition, Test plan execution, Test automation, Test reporting.
• Deploy and reinforce the QA mindset (Methodology & Process) by interacting with Amadeus quality teams as well as with product definition and software development counterparts.
• Improve the functional coverage of our tests by:
  • Addressing automation debt/backlog based on the priorities of the Disruption SAFe train.
  • Collaborating with the QA team that manages our functional regression test suites.
  • These tasks will leverage our test automation framework and QA toolchain.
• In a continuous improvement spirit, the mission also includes the contribution to the definition, implementation and rollout of new quality processes.

Robot Framework, Python, VS Code, Playwright, Octane, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area. ​
• Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.​
• Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

Specific accountabilities

• Test strategy
  • Attend to specification/architecture reviews (also on customer specification reviews when applicable), and provide feedback along with any potential impact, risk, issue or missed gap based on experience,
  • Define test strategy and test plan containing test cases (functional and non-functional), ensure traceability with specifications and customer requirements,
  • Ensure compliance of test strategy with CI/CD guidelines, Green IT guidelines and all quality guidelines (SDL, STDL), QA best practices/standards from the industry (ISTQB..).
     
• Test expertise
  • Design test cases and write test case scripts.
  • Prepare test environment, test data, and execute test cases.
  • Provide sign-off (go/no-go) on tested features based on defined exit criteria,
  • Continuously assess the need to add/update/remove test cases to existing regression and CI/CD pipeline when new product features are delivered and based on metrics (stabilization, deletion of flaky tests...),
  • As part of maintenance activities, investigate PTRs, test the fixes, and enrich test suites accordingly.

• Test automation
  • Assess necessity to automate subset of (or all) test scripts,
  • Use test automation framework and contribute to its improvement.

• Defect management
  • Open defects for software or documentation, assign relevant level of severity based on the importance of the issue, provide relevant investigation and information in order to fix defects,
  • Check defect fix, and give go/no-go for the load of production defects.

• Reporting
  • Report and communicate on test activities to the line organization, software developers and product definitions analysts,
  • Provide visibility on testing campaign/milestones to all stakeholders.

• Support
  • Provide mentoring and adapted support to newcomers,
  • Provide adapted support to QAE peers based on experience.

• Knowledge sharing
  • Share knowledge on a specific topic (technical/functional) and spread it among the QA community as well as other stakeholders.

Summary of This Role

Automated Quality Assurance, Specialist, LCSA

1. Understand the product roadmap and ensure that testing is conducted as per the QA process.

2. Work closely with the test lead to devise test strategies for the applications/projects assigned. Ensure that the test strategy is implemented as per plan.

3. Adhere to the QA process, frameworks, principles, and guidelines always

4. Have good knowledge and hands on experience of agile testing methodology

5. Ensure that to Sprint/Project timelines are met and any deviations are resolved with the scrum master or reported to the test lead for resolution.

6. Ensure that all deliverables including but not limited to feature files/test cases, test results, automated test scripts, automated regression test results etc., are submitted timely and reviewed by

the test lead.

7. Ensure that all domain, application, functional and technical issues are duly to the test lead for necessary advice, resolution, and support.

8. Regularly attend all scrum ceremonies - daily stand up, sprint planning, retrospectives for assigned application/project.

9. Ensure that realistic estimates are provided during Sprint Planning.

10. Ensure that all test artifacts are uploaded to Zephyr/Test Management Tool and Teams in adherence to the QA guidelines.

11. Share EOD status and sign off requests in the standard formats for test lead approval.

12. Ensure that all QA KPIs are met, and regular evaluation is conducted with the test lead to ensure that the squad is on track.

13. Constantly ideate and come up with innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of QA capabilities

14. Work closely with the test lead to implement new solutions and recommend improvements to the existing processes and frameworks based on regular feedback gathered from the team and from own experience.

Skills Required

1. Education – Bachelors or higher degree preferably in Computer Science or IT

2. 6-8 years of experience in automated functional testing of various types of applications having components ranging from UI, API, DB etc.

3. Minimum 5 years of hands-on testing & automation experience on dashboards, reporting, workflow, or related applications both from frontend and backend covering functional, E2E, exploratory, performance & stress tests.

4. Highly proficient in test automation development using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, REST-Assured, JMeter (or similar load testing tools)

5. Hands-on experience building CI automation pipelines using Jenkins

6. Excellent time and priority management skills

7. Excellent written & verbal communication, and analytical skills

8. Possess an intrinsic sense of self-motivation, accountability, attention to detail, resourcefulness, self-improvement, and strong analytical/troubleshooting skills

9. Preference for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can often change

10. Good to have experience on performance testing of applications with high data volume
