• Assist in the review and development of various HR policies and HR workflows
• Onboarding (new hire information on payroll file, enrollment) and offboarding and letter preparation including but not limited to i.e resignation acknowledgement, employment certificate), account creation for temp staff
• Support and participate in HR and engagement initiative
• Manage HR mailbox ; verifying employment, forwarding to the right contact, cleaning up the mailbox, etc.
• Assist in temp. recruitment activities including raising job postings, scheduling, sourcing of resumes and phone screening

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management and employee relations
• Provide strategic advice to management and functional leaders on HR related matters
• Develop, implement and enhance HR policies, procedures and initiatives aligned with best practices to support business objectives and growth

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR advisory services and main point of contact for managers and employees for HR/ Payroll enquiries.
• Manage the whole on-boarding process / off-boarding process; not limited to letters preparation, contract briefing, exit interview, employee clearance, etc.
• Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues
• Prepare monthly HR Adjustment List which includes salary adjustment, conversion, unpaid leaves deduction, completion bonus payout, fixed allowances adjustment, etc.
• Familiar with different payroll formulas for computation of salary, leave encashment, bonus payout. (No need to do payroll)
• Tracking of government-paid Leave (Paternity/ Maternity/Childcare) for timely submission
• Familiar with work pass transactions through MyMOM portal and WPOnline system and filing of IR21 via IRAS
• Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in the HRMS and P-files
• Preparation of Yearly Salary Increment and AWS Payout exercise
• Verification of salary payout, HR documents, etc. for Malaysia subsidiary
• Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required

Requirements:

• Min 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
• Good knowledge of local employment legislations like: Employment Act, CPF Act and IRAS
• Good interpersonal and team skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge in Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
