Responsibilities:-

1.Lead and inspire team members by providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

2.Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.

3.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOL and act as the primary liaison between the brand and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 

4.Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from identifying suitable KOLs/Influencers to presenting creative briefs and reviewing performance.

5.Coordinate the creation of content briefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and KOL preferences.

6.Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools. 

7.Provide key recommendations to explore innovative ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic.

Responsibilities

• Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
• Analyse and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic
• Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance

Requirements

Job Description for Marketing Operations Specialist 

What you will do:  

• End-to-end management (from ideation to execution) of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across all brand communication platforms. 
• Manage social media channels which includes implementation of content calendar, social media posts, oversee creative output and social media moderation. 
• Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all marketing requests are actioned.  
• Work closely with Marketing Lead on strategy and execution of digital and on-ground campaigns in line with the brand’s roadmap. 
• Support partnerships and events with content amplification initiatives across various medium (eg: videos, podcast, webinars etc)  
• Optimise content across Thoughtfull’s various platforms guided by measurable output in conversion funnels, SEO and Google Analytics 
• Track, maintain and analyse key metrics report to measure efficacy of marketing efforts. 

About You:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing or Content marketing. 

• Project management skills and attention to detail. 
• Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics. 
• Data-driven with a knack for user insights and data analytics. 
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. 
• Working knowledge of various social media platforms and content formats such as podcasts, videos.
