Job Description

• Assist in the worksite implementation of Occupational Health & Safety Requirements.
• Follow all legal requirements on the project site. Notify supervisors and the ProjectManager of any health and safety issues as needed.
•  Conduct periodic site inspections to identify potential hazards to employee health and safety.
• Assist with evacuation and emergency exercises, as well as accident investigations on site.
•  Maintain compliance with the Company's HSE, Quality and Environmental standardsby following safety and health regulations and procedures, as well as appropriate policies and work instructions.
•  Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
  Professional Degree (Environment / Health / Safety) or its equivalent.
•  Green Book (DOSH).
• Understand OSH requirements at the construction site.
• Note: Pay rate depend on experience basis.

Job Summary:

Assisting the HOD with work planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and directing the activities of the Security and SHE through risk minimization programs for daily and during events to ensure a secure and safe facility, effective access control, security of SIC’s assets and a secure environment for the staff, clients, pectators and any third parties in SIC’s premise.

Job Descriptions:

• To identify critical security risk, SHE hazards and control weakness,
  process gaps for SIC business operations during daily and events.
• To conduct liaison/ networking and managing relationship with Law
  Enforcement Agencies such as Police and Local Government, such as
  DOSH.
• To provide advice and training to internal staff on Security & SHE requirement standards during daily and events.
• To develop, respond and assist the organization in any Security & SHE
  related emergency within SIC i.e Occupational Safety, Occupational
  Health, Security Incident, Fire Safety, Road Safety and Pandemic issues to
  minimize impact and consequences annually basis by acting as a Subject
  Matter Expert (SME) for SIC Emergency Response Team (ERT)/ Crisis
  Management Team / Enterprise Risk Management Team / Business
  Continuity Program.
• To ensure and security and safety team performs the task given daily and
  provides reports as timeline given by the HOD.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of Security & SHE Management best practice
  for SIC in general.
• To assist and liaise with the consultants on revamping the CCTV and
  preparing the necessary documents. Ensuring the CCTV is always operational.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in BOSHM, Green Book, Protective Management,
  Criminal Justice. or related.
• Background in Police or Armed Forces is advantage.
• Good in spoken & written in English & Bahasa Melayu. 
• Computer literate. 
• Well verse in OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 45001:2018 documentation and
  implementation.
• Well verse with emergency response and business continuity strategy (crisis).
• Willing to work long hours, during weekend and public holiday.
•  Able to work in minimal supervision.
• Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with a hand on, problem solving
  approach, able to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the accident investigation team to investigate the status and cause of each accident and establish measures to prevent similar accidents.
• Ensure the training and education of all personnel is being carried out to an acceptable standard. 
• Perform inspections such as hazard identification, risk assessment and determination control measures to ensure that safe work practices are implemented at site.
• To register to JKKP for jobsite register under his name.
• To prepare Safety & Health Report monthly.
• Promote the concept that Safety and Health are a line responsibility
• Notify sub-contractors to remedy unsafe activities or work conditions and if any of them do not comply, suspend work with acknowledgement by Project Manager or prohibit the use of the facilities until rectification is confirmed.
• Assist auditors visiting audit the safety and health management and strive to reflect the auditing results in the safety and health management.
• Advise on safety legislation and procedures.
• To become secretary to the safety and health committee.

• Monitor the weekly inspection report prepared by site safety supervisor.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on occupational safety and health matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Environmental/safety/officer)
• Familiar with the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and Factory and Machinery Act (FMA).
• ISO 9001/OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
• Candidates must possess at least green book.
• Able to work independently.
• Built a good communication and good relationship with other site staff / superiors.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the entire safety SIC including employees are in compliance with company guidelines and the safety guidelines of DOSH.
• To lead, conduct and improve safety audits.
• To develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Reviews, revises, maintains, and implements the organizations fire prevention, safety, and security policies and procedure.
• Analyse existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses.
• Evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences.
• Create and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Maintain budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• To conduct physical risk assessments for roles that require the usage of PPE or relevant equipment.
• Review, revise and implement environmental policies.
• Ensure SIC is aligned and compliant with local environment laws and legislations.
• To assess, analyze and collate environmental performance data and reporting it to stakeholders, clients and regulatory bodies.
• Analyse data to form proposals for improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related field with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
• A valid Green Card holder.
• 20 years working experience in SSHE.
• Experience in dealing with local authorities that are related.
• Good project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and health and safety basic regulatory and legal framework.

工作職責

1. 監督IETS的日常運作和績效。

2. 每日和每週進行水質測試。

3. 監控化學品並優化IETS和設備庫存中的化學品處理。

4. 對IETS進行績效監控。

5. 報告並調查IETS中出現的任何異常情況。

6. 監控和改進IETS的工作指導。

As a Vending Machine technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines at various locations. Your primary duties will include:

• Performing routine maintenance checks on vending machines to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues with vending machines.
• Conducting repairs and replacements of defective parts to restore vending machines to working condition. 
• Responding to service calls from clients promptly and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Installing new vending machines on sites according to specifications and safety standards
• Refiling of vending machines ( 6-7 machines daily depending on scheduled route)

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/O level / Diploma or equivalent; C
• Electrical & Electronic certification is a bonus
• Able to comply with company and management rules
• able to work overtime if there is an urgent need/requirement

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, plan, and implement site environmental, health, and safety procedures/programs and ensure alignment with Global EHS policies, operation control procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure site compliance with government and local EHS & Sustainability compliance regulations and handle all contact with appropriate agencies. Ensure required regulatory and internal performance metric reports are submitted accurately and within the established timeline.
• In the context of the EHS program, other responsibilities include regulatory interpretations, planning, auditing, and evaluation and implementation of information systems.
• Analyze loss control and accident reports and develop, implement, and maintain procedures to minimize losses or accidents.
• Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken where environmental, health, and safety hazards exist.
• Conduct the material handling and ergonomics assessment for employees and formulate solutions to ergonomics hazards.
• Review and approve the contractor permit to work via the e-PTW (Electronic Permit To Work) system.
• Review and control risk assessment and environmental aspects in the workplace with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate site emergency response team and drill exercise as well as the medical emergency response plan  
• Compliance with local law requirements on workplace industrial hygiene monitoring, air emission, water discharge, noise, hazardous wastes, etc.
• Submit accurate regulatory and performance metric reports as required.
