The Application Consultant
is responsible for managing all software implementation and professional service delivery assigned. The requirements and key attributes required for this position are the Responsibilities:

Professional Services:

• Provide application and business analyst consulting services.

In This Role, Your Key Accountabilities Include:

• Responsible for overseeing the support and execution of ITS/OPS/MCS Sales requirement, including building, recommending, assisting and consulting the Sales Team on providing business value propositions to customers based on the customer requirements.
• To assist the Sales Team in ITS consulting activities from presentation, proposals and contract negotiations.
• To achieve and work on project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all parties.
• Manage ITS solutions & Services related information, presentation materials, relevant documents and market information for effective knowledge management for consulting purposes.
• Effectively communicate project & case expectations with all parties to ensure that deliverables are on time.
• Work closely with Sales and Enterprise Architecture Department to identify and create business value propositions that benefits the customer and increase KM ITS business revenue & profit.
• Oversee and prepare relevant RFP submissions and ensure all documentation in order and submitted within timeline.
• Work in liaison and collaboration with other departments in creating project teams within the Company including outsourced third-parties and KM Regional as well as KM global team.
• To oversee progress of steering committee report and meeting for ITS roll-out and OPS fleet deployment and advice team members accordingly.
• Responsible in analyzing assessment/requirement-study information and data to provide solutions and recommendations to improve customer work process in line with client strategic direction and goals.
• To consult customers on the best approach to using and deploying KM ITS Solutions and Services as well as assist the implementation team in aligning customer objectives with the implementation
• Responsible for coordinating and support ITS project deployment, implementation and service delivery teams in achieving customer requirements.
• Requirement to travel in providing support on ITS/OPS/MCS case related activities nation-wide.
• To perform any other related duties as and when directed by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
