Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Understand, coordinate, monitor and supervise all site works to make sure all company’s projects are successfully executed.
2. Executed toward effective supervision, monitoring and controlling whether to the own team or the sub-contractors. To instigate quality and prompt Works Activities within specified standard of quality, specification, safety and budget.
3. Supervise and control utilization of company’s assets and facilities in accordance with the company’s regulation and guideline
4. Regularly check, verify and review of the sub-contractors performance and record all related site activities i.e actual progress versus program and standard of works. To notify any non-conformance works executed by the sub-contractors immediately and propose counter measures to resolve the problems.
5. Progressively check, records and propose remedial works with adequate photos, bill of quantities and method of statement of any defects. Identify and propose repair works beyond the routine maintenance works..
6. Monitor and follow up to the sub-contractors on their quality daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and program timely with adequate information and proper supporting document.
7. Assist the Area/ Regional Manager from time to time to obtain necessary input to prepare and produce accurate progress reports and program, claims and evaluation of sub-con performance as required by the management and clients. Planning, monitoring, follow ups and close issues of CMGD/DLP
8. Effectively assist the Area / Regional Manager in preparing and submitting of progress claims and obtain the Certification on time from the clients.
9. Immediately response on any instruction from Area / Regional Manager or any complaints from clients, public and others. Effectively co-ordinate with sub-contractors to the problem within stipulated time and follow up the status regularly. Ensure all the complaints been attended effectively and completely as per specification and standard. To record and well-kept all information pertaining to the works.
10. Conduct/ attend meetings, seminars, training and other functions requested by the superior or the management. This includes conduct site meetings, attending company’s meeting and meeting with client/ local council/ district office upon requested.
11. Liaise and establish conducive working relationship with the client, sub-contractors, suppliers and public

Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience construction of highways and bridges / building.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
- The person must posses, but not limited to, the following essential skills and qualities:
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Pleasant appearance and disposition
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Good computer knowledge
Trustworthy, integrity and strong sense of responsibility
