We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant (Design & Digital Marketing). In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of  tasks, including:

• Developing, coordinating and producing design concepts and graphic designs for the organization 's marketing materials.
• Creating graphics and animations for presentations and promotional materials.
• Managing and providing content for the organization 's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

• A diploma or degree in graphic design/multimedia or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.

• To oversee daily branch operations and provide assistance and support to branches;

• To check and review PCR/Return Order and monitor pending Return Order in AX System and submit workflow to get approval from required approver(s);

• Organize, implement and maintain Production Process Flow mainly in automatic production line.
• Develop Work Instruction (WI), Procedure and Process Control related to Production Process.
