As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for devising, executing, and overseeing comprehensive digital campaigns that encompass SEO, SEM, Social Media, and compelling English copywriting. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional collaboration, analyzing campaign performance, and staying ahead of market trends to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic digital marketing campaigns, seamlessly integrating SEO, SEM, and impactful English copywriting
• Independently manage SEO and paid media operations, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and performance analysis across platforms
• Collect, analyze, and derive insights from campaign data and metrics, monitoring performance, engagement, and website traffic
• Utilize email marketing and automation tools to optimize leads and facilitate smooth handover to the Business Development team
• Keep a pulse on competitors' social media activities, identify emerging digital marketing trends, and recommend enhancements
• Provide steadfast support to the Marketing team while continuously advancing skills in the dynamic digital landscape

• A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in digital marketing

BROAD  FUNCTIONS : 

• Provides engineering and technical support to operation and maintenance team in RODI. 
• Possesses required RODI experience in design, integrity and performance of equipment, systems and services as per engineering specifications and relevant codes and practices.
• Manage the development and delivery of nominated small projects.
• Leads the development and implementation of the RODI’s mid/long term reliability strategy
• Leads and manage a group of out-sourced engineers and technicians in all aspect of RODI work e.g. lead in technical know-how, daily and ad hoc meetings, settle complex issues, derive work plan & repair scheme, manage budget etc.
• Delegates tasks and routine work effectively to outsourced engineers and technicians.
• Identify the needs of the Facilities Equipment maintenance and draw the necessary maintenance plans & execute.
• Supervise the task of drafting and update RODI layout as and when required.
• Hands on in identifying and troubleshooting issues faced on daily and routine basis.

Regular

• Ensure all RODI equipment are functioning and performing in tip-top condition and the operations & operations of the RODI are not disrupted.
• Update on the PM schedule, history report and filing.
• Plan and come out with monthly, quarterly and yearly budget.  Follow closely the spending for RODI and reconcile with finance reported figures.
• Regular meeting with Engineer to discuss on the improvement plans and also on problem solving

Irregular

• Report out any abnormal condition and breakdown to superior
• Conduct investigation and troubleshooting for issue and come up with holistic solution.
• Coordinate & perform on the repairing, servicing & installing equipment/system within the area of responsibilities

• Ensure that all company tools and equipment are kept in good operational condition.
• Perform necessary maintenance for PTP Yard and offshore equipment.
• Routine inspection on all machinery as per the schedule and non-scheduled maintenance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedule including management of routine calibration of equipment as necessary.
• Complete daily/ weekly / monthly maintenance checklist.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical meters and materials handling equipment in performing of duties.
• Ensure the highest level of safety is maintained in all locations according to the regulations
• Perform any other duties or undertake additional roles from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by the management.
• Coordinate offshore crew for maintenance support and local contractors in terms of quotations and activities as required to support service activities.
• Help train offshore crew in equipment operation if required and support trial activities as required.

BROAD  FUNCTIONS :

• Handling Factory Electrical system up to 33KV includes operating, maintaining and troubleshooting switchgears, transformers and other related systems in the substations and production floor.
• Handling live system install at factory to ensure all in good condition and function well as per needed during running.
• To carry out all duties of a BO Chargeman 33KV as specified under the Electrical Act and Regulation (Energy Commission).
• To carry out periodic inspections and monitoring for HT and LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switchgears and TNB supply.
• To maintain accurate records of the condition of the above-mentioned equipment with monthly reports to the Electrical Engineer.
• To do energy audit, analyze the system and propose improvement for cost saving activity. 
• To create systematic monitoring systems or programs in the institution for preventive maintenance for all mechanical and electrical installations.
• To ensure that all the above-mentioned equipment have a Maintenance Record of service activities conducted.
• To perform scheduled inspections and testing of standby generators, fire pumps and etc.
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures in relation to power and life system.
• Lead and manage the electrical and air con team and work together with other departments for the smooth delivery of the required works.

• Maintain a list of contractors and consultants and conduct evaluations of their performance at maintenance inspections.
•  Supervise the work/services of external contractors and monitor their performance.
• Carry out internal electrical work including wiring, changing bulbs, maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection and testing as directed by management.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets/funds for the maintenance of all M&E systems.
• Carry out any other related duties as and when required i.e. energy saving initiatives. In the event of a power outage from TNB, it is possible to switch from the substation's main line to the genset truck and vice versa.
