Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate and oversee repair, maintenance, and other operational services.
• Supervise all staff within the building including maintenance, security, janitorial staff, and any contracted workers.

Job Descriptions: 

• Lead and inspire team members by providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives via multiple channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOL and act as the primary liaison between the brand and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from identifying suitable KOLs/Influencers to presenting creative briefs and reviewing performance.
• Coordinate the creation of content briefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and KOL preferences.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of KOL marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.          
• Provide key recommendations to explore innovative ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of proven work experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Specialist, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing acquisition, content promotion, and influencer marketing
• Preferred experience in promoting beauty brands or extensive knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Able to join as soon as possible.
