About this role;

We are looking for an energetic, go-getter and results driven Director of Sales and Marketing.
Works closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the resort revenues. The director of sales and marketing is responsible for driving revenue to the property through sales and marketing tactics.
The director of sales and marketing also creates an effective revenue management strategy to ensure the resort’s profitability in all market conditions through sales and marketing strategies.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Manage, lead, and develop the resort sales & marketing team to support the sales and marketing strategies and to deliver exceptional, profitable sales growth and results.
• Provide strategic sales and marketing leadership to ensure the resort achieves profitable revenue growth, continues to increase market share, develop innovative selling competencies, and builds a sustainable industry leadership position for the resort.
• He/she is also responsible for maximum occupancy of conferences and banquettes to optimize general business opportunities.
• Advise the resort management team on sales and marketing direction, competitors, marketing trends, including e-marketing and distribution technology trends.
• Fully understand how the resort is regarded in the community in conjunction with a thorough knowledge of the competitive situation in terms of business mix of competitors, pricing and rate structures, sales and advertising strategies and future resort planning within the community.
• Meets sales and marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements and
  preparing annual budgets.
• Create excellent client relationships through attention to detail; prompt follow up and empathy for customer perceptions and needs whilst maintaining professionalism.
• Suggests innovative marketing ideas and proactively develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share for the property.
• Develops strong community and public relations by ensuring property participation in local, and national tradeshows and client events.
• Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy.

1. DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

POSITION SUMMARY: 
Provides a high level of property maintenance knowledge. Position has overall responsibility for maintaining the resort and grounds with focus on safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Develops and implements strategies that will deliver products and services, which meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests and employees while maximizing the financial performance. Responsible for maintaining standards and regulatory requirements.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets

• Works with property and corporate office team to determine how Engineering is performing against budget and highlights areas of concern.
• Manages the resorts’ equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Administers service contracts to support property needs.
• Coaches and supports the team to effectively manage controllable expenses (e.g., wages, heat, light and power, water consumption, tools and equipment, grounds keeping supplies, uniforms, vendors, service agreements, inventory, etc.).
• Manages and controls heat, light and power.
• Develops and manages Engineering budget.
• Oversees execution of long-term preventative maintenance.
• Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Engineering is performing against budget.
• Addresses potential areas of concern and proposing solutions to owners in a proactive manner.
• Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
• Supervises construction to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary guidelines.

Maintaining Engineering Standards

• Ensures compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Maintains property life safety systems (e.g., fire-fighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems).
• Ensures resort and equipment licenses, permits and certifications are current.
• Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently.

Managing Profitability

• Manages areas of operation to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and payroll related progress reports.
• Manages departments controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
• Participates in the development of departments capital expenditure goals; manages projects as needed.
• Participates in the budgeting process for areas of responsibility.
• Understands the impact of departments operation on the overall property financial goals; educates staff on details as appropriate.
• Reviews and manages controllable expenses such as, heat, light, power, water consumption, tools and equipment, grounds keeping supplies, uniforms, vendors, service agreements, etc.

PRE-REQUISITES:

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or 6 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
  OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
• Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team efficiently.

About the team:  

The GBPO transformation team works on new transformation opportunity for existing GBPO clients and managing transformation commitment with the existing vendor. The aim of the GBPO transformation team is to transform retain organization and seamlessly deliver vendor transformation projects in FIS environment. The vision of this program is to optimize cost with appropriate technology interventions like Digital Transformation & Back Office Automation – while prioritizing CSAT & NPS.

About the role:

The Director Digital Transformation proactively and holistically helps guide the enterprise through transformation and optimization initiatives, supporting the formulation of future strategy. The scope of activities includes helping the organization achieve targeted business outcomes related to grow revenue, optimizing costs and mitigating risks. This is an individual contributor role; candidate will be responsible for leading the governance for transformations in coordination with business and IT functions for FIS and vendors.

What you will be doing:

• To work as key part of GBPO vision to support a consulting led Transformations in Wealth & Retirement Vertical and Payments back office
• To understand business processes within the contact center/Back Office environment. To present Solution Designs for Front-office and Back-office solutions.
• To position and validate the proposed solution to end users.
• Lead in specifying the integration solutions, take ownership for drafting and managing high quality solution architectures aligning needs and compliance for transformation delivery.
• Leads the development of a value proposition and execution of a communication, promotes the business value of right solution architecture as an enabler of strategy formulation, and as support for technology innovation.
• To build a strong working relationship with the relevant groups within the org including Voice, engineering, services, Automation, product houses, alliances, and business partners where appropriate.
• Responsible for Solution Architecture Reviews and approvals, including:

• Facilitates a collaborative relationship across architecture and delivery teams.
• Technical analysis of customer requirements
• Technical negotiations with customers and partners

• Lead cross functional data and strategy mappings for process improvement and Transformation in Wealth LOB.
• Collaborates with infrastructure teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the enterprise architecture.
• Leverage knowledge of industry best practices & proven practices using various FIS/3rd Party solutions
• Manage and Mitigate Project Risks and Roadblocks using effective FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) Processes
• Managing projects to adhere the timeline, Budget, and Scope - Perform daily, weekly & monthly project cadence and reporting.
• Responsible for successful delivery of Back office and contact center improvement recommendations resulting in highly satisfied, referenceable clients.
• Scans emerging technologies and the business ecosystem for major disruptive technology and non-technology trends (trendspotting) that affect business. Provides practical advice and best practices to take advantage of new, or emerging, opportunities and successfully deliver the expected business outcomes.

What you will need:

• 14- 18 years of experience delivering and managing large scale technical contact center implementations.
• Proven delivery leadership and client service excellence in Wealth, Asset Management, Asset servicing, Hedge Funds and/or Prime Brokerage
• Knowledge in the following areas is critical: RPA, CTI, Agent Desktops, Chatbot, Voice Bot, Voice recording, PBX/ACD
• Knowledge of contact center applications such as QM, Speech analytics, Automation, VoC, Cloud & WFM is a definite plus.
• Working knowledge of Jira/ServiceNow- develop metrics dashboards and filters, maintain user stories and issues, plan sprints, etc.
• Deep understanding of current market trends in the Wealth & Asset Management industry and subject matter expertise in one of FIS required segments – e.g.: Asset Management, Wealth Management
• Working knowledge /Implementation Experience of RPA tools (UiPath, Unified Desktop, AA 360 etc., NICE inContact, Copilot)
• Working knowledge /Implementation Experience of Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Azure
• Must have good commercial judgment and be capable of working in an aggressive delivery environment.
• Proven operational excellence and client services experience in Wealth Back office/contact center industry specifically in Digital and CX Transformation
• A good understanding of one or more of the following:  Buy-Side front and middle office, risk, compliance, advice and financial planning, Operations, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, Prime Brokerage, Alternatives or Asset Servicing.
• Experience in handling different kinds of Contact Center process solutions like inbound, outbound, sales & marketing campaigns, handling employee queries, customer support desk.
• In-depth knowledge of contact center and BPO processes.
• Must demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and experience.
• Strong analytical skills, being able to perform ROI / CBA analysis.
