Co-ordinating forward planning sessions, holding weekly status meetings and managing the daily schedule.
Ensuring projects are closed in a timely manner, all chargeable project cost captured and cross-charged.
Communicate any issues with the Account Management and Leadership team.
Monitors resourcing requirements and reports back to leadership team.
Providing leadership and coaching to the Creative Solutions Project Managers and members of the Design Studio.
This role will involve working virtually and extensive liaison within Creative Solutions itself with the Account Managers, Executives, Creative Solutions Project Managers and the creative team globally.
The role will involve interaction at high-levels with business leadership in the countries where we operate around the world.
The role will require some travel - up to 10%.
Manage the procurement processes regionally within your designated discipline.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Creative Design /Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication, or related field is required for this position.
At least 7 years of working experience required for this position, including all aspects of marketing communications from budget and planning including managing either an in-house agency or external creative agencies.
Have experience in managing day-to-day resource allocation with the ability to forecast and plan project schedules and juggle tight deadlines.
Strong people management skills, efficient organisation and great powers of persuasion.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Sound financial acumen, budget management, delivering savings driven through enterprise first behaviours.
Extensive knowledge in Brand, Design, Print, Digital, Social, Effective Presentation and Photography.
Good stakeholder management skills across all levels.
The ability to think strategically about how Creative Solutions can add value.
