• Generate daily WO picklist for warehouse processing via WMS upon receipt of request by user
• Generate cycle count sheet for warehouse to perform internal stock check to ensure inventory accuracy
• Generate weekly inventory reports
• Perform goods receipt in WMS for incoming supplier deliveries
• Prepare pick list for all shipments and collections
• Stock discrepancy – check stock card on receiving, issuing and return of goods accurately
• Monitor staff on daily picking and return processing timing
• Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment, goods discrepancy and documentation
• Annual physical inventory data entry
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field
• Required skills of Microsoft Office applications and Dynamics
• Preferably specialized in administrative support or equivalent
• Possess initiative to understand work flows and processes in order to work efficiently and effectively
• Ability to work as a group and individual with effective organizational and follow-up skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner

The client is a logistics MNC providing top-notch services such as freight forwarding and 3PL solutions.

The organization is looking to grow its warehouse operations further and is looking to increase efficiency in its Singapore warehouses. Individuals with experience in managing projects and have strong strategic acumen with the confidence to bring 3PL to another level is highly desired.

As a Senior Manager, Warehouse, the individual will be reporting to the Managing Director and managing the organizations' Warehouse team. The role involves understanding 3PL operations and managing strategic projects to increase operational efficiency in the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Singapore warehouse operations projects to ensure it meets business goals.
• Manage the cost and profitability of the organization's 3PL budget.
• Plan and evaluate warehousing strategies, budgets, and regulatory frameworks.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to expand opportunities for forwarding and 3PL divisions to grow.
• Develop and implement warehousing development projects to continuously improve workflows, business optimization and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in 3PL, freight forwarding and/or warehouse management is a plus.
• More than 3 years of leadership and management experience is a plus.
• Individuals with strong data analytics experience is a plus.
• Individuals with great strategic acumen and have project management experience is a plus.
• Experience in managing greenfield warehouse development projects is highly advantageous.
