• Manage ICA design budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and cost control.

Requirements

• Min. of Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Process Control & Instrumentation, Automation Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 15 years of relevant ICA engineering experience in the planning, design, SAT/FAT and construction of major waste to energy, water, wastewater, process plant projects or similar major industrial projects. The Design Lead has robust experience in managing a team of suitably experienced Design Engineers and Technicians and interfacing with Client, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Familiar with code of practice and standards in Singapore
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D preferred & in other related design software/applications.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Prepare and documents all test designs for packages and prepare new packaging and ensure maintenance of all bill of materials according to required specification. 
• Analyze and provide support to all actvities to achieve all marketing objectives and assist to launch new products and reduce cost of production. 
• Review all new technology and prepare design to increase efficiency and ensure effective transition of all designs into design process. 
• Coordinate with both national and international vendors and reduce material costs and plan all related activities for packaging such as transportation and display of products. 
• Project Leadership including effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders – Corrugated, Paper pulp, PE bag, Ki ng, etc.
• Aligning project schedules to facilitate the mely and efficient development. 
• Establishing effective coordination with the client and suppliers for streamlined operations and improved collaboration. 
• Regularly updating all stakeholders on the project's neutral status and any significant developments. 
• Providing comprehensive NPI (New Product Introduction) support, including thorough planning and seamless execution of all related activities.

Skills and Experience

• Min. of 5 years of experience in a packaging development organization or similar 
• Knowledge of materials science, including plastics, metals, and paper 
• Familiarity with packaging manufacturing processes and systems
• Experience with design soware, such as creo Elements, Creo or SolidWorks 
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, including sustainable packaging design 
• Pleasant demeanour with excellent inter-personal skills 
• Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal formats 
• Good working understanding of common professional needs like online meetings, presentations, reporting etc. 
• Well verse in English

Education 

• Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical) from a reputable institute
• Or Diploma in related mechanical or packaging or material engineering field

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to define, document and implement detailed test plans for the SoC design verification.
• Create and maintain infrastructure/environment for automation verification of SoC architecture, function and performance.
• Build reusable testbench, constrained-random/directed test cases, and verification associated behavioural modules for both block levels and system levels.
• Use regression strategy, methodology and tool scripts and measure the function coverage.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in building verification infrastructure, test planning, coverage closure, testbench and test cases development for function/performance verification.
• Strong knowledge of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, hardware and software co-verification methodology.
• Proficient with Verilog, System Verilog, Python/Perl/TCL/Shell scripting, C/C++, System C and industry mainstream ISAs assembly coding.
• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocol, RISC-V/ARM or DSP core.
