工作介紹：

• 領導或協助公司秘書主管處理公司秘書工作、職責的各個方面，並確保遵守《2016 年公司法》及其他相關法律和監管要求。
• 更新和維護所有法定記錄和帳簿，包括但不限於遵守 2016 年公司法、其他法律和要求。
• 負責準備決議案、週年申報表、會議紀錄及其他公司秘書文件。
• 協助協調和安排向 Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) 提交文件，包括 MyCOID 提交。
• 與會計部門（即客戶、會計、審計、稅務、律師、銀行等）、馬來西亞公司委員會和其他相關監管機構聯絡。
• 履行管理層指示的任何其他職責。

要求：

• 候選人必須擁有 ICSA / MIA 資格/文憑/企業管理/法律/秘書實務/工商管理學位或同等學歷。
• 至少一 (1) 年相關工作經驗將是一個優勢。
• 優秀的馬來語和英語口語和書面語。普通話是一個額外的優勢。
• 熟悉並精通《2016 年公司法》、SSM 和其他相關法律法規要求將是一個優勢。
• 能夠在快節奏的環境下承受工作壓力，同時處理多項任務，有責任心，吃苦耐勞。致力於工作和截止日期。
• 能夠獨立管理客戶組合。
• 可靠，具有強烈的誠信意識。
• 具有高度的奉獻精神和良好的人際交往能力。

Job Responsibilities:

To assist in incorporating new company and prepare resolution, minutes, and statutory document for client’s companies and submit the relevant documents to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
To ensure the proper submission and maintenance of statutory return of the clients’ companies according to Companies Act 2016
Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and submission of statutory returns to SSM
Liaise with clients, SSM and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
Managing, organizing, orchestrating, and keeping all essential files, records, and documents up-to-date as needed.
Provide assistance beyond standard secretarial tasks as directed by management.
 

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Possess at least 1 to 2 years experience in Secretarial activities
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Our client is an established Public Listed Company with diversified business activities. They are right now seeking to appoint a corporate/company secretarial/ICSA graduate to assume the role of Corporate Secretarial Executive.
The role
The role is full time permanent position that will be based at corporate head office in Kuala Lumpur. As Corporate/Company Secretarial Executive, you will provide support to the Group Company Secretarial and Board of Directors in carrying out corporate secretarial functions. You will assist in managing corporate secretarial functions that are according to statutory compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and Securities Commission. Part of your duties will include providing advice on corporate matters and legal responsibilities relating to corporate governance. 
Candidate Profile
Candidates who aspire for this role must be matured with pleasant personality, pro-active person with positive work attitude. You must be able to demonstrate strong corporate administration skills. In addition, you must have working knowledge of governance principles and a background  in company secretarial support role or corporate law.
Qualification & Experience:
*Bachelor degree in Corporate Administration or professional qualification ICSA(Qualified or Part-qualified).
*At least 2 years of corporate company secretarial practice.
*Good knowledge of provisions of the Companies Act,Bursa Malaysia Listing requirements.
*Good command of spoken and written English; proficent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. 
*Good interpersonal/communication and minutes writing skills.
*Proficient in computer skills.
