Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment in order to ensure the safety of customers and Team Members.
• Apply price and tag changes to store items in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure accurate pricing.
• Maintain the integrity of the scan file for all items at store level by executing batches as required.
• Keep track of new and discontinued items.
• Update weekly ad changes by applying shelf tags with new ad pricing.
• Provide and maintain in-store signage and tags for sale and display items to ensure accurate pricing.
• Apply price and file changes for perishable departments by using Scale Management Systems.
• Assist in problem solving of any errors related to scan file integrity and reporting of any problems to the appropriate personnel.
• Act as a liaison between the Store, Help Center and System Support Teams which would include Reset Teams and DSD vendors.

• Maintains open order files on all purchase orders for the assigned branches. Regularly examines outstanding documents and balances due. Initiates follow-up action when services or merchandise have not been received. Contacts vendor to clarify discrepant data on invoices or differences between purchase orders and receipt documents. Schedules timely payment of invoices
• Receives invoices and receipt documents, verifies the accuracy and completeness of accounting data; reconciles documents with purchase agreements and discount rates. Reconciles records of accounts payable and, after final reconciliation, schedules timely payment of accounts, and prepares remittance statements to ensure the department receives the benefit of all discounts.
• Maintains individual activity accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers. Balances and reconciles accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers and makes weekly and monthly reports. Researches discrepancies within the accounts and initiates necessary adjustment action with regard to partial receipts from previous transaction, outstanding balances, and cancellations. Maintains general ledger accounts and reconciles with financial statements and subsidiary accounts.
• Reviews and verifies Daily Activity Records (DARS), sales receipts and other cash control reports. Prepares DARS and related reports, identifying all pertinent transactions and adjustments.
• Makes final review of commitment / obligation documents, and transfer summaries for submission to SAP. Assures the accuracy of obligations, etc. for inventory control purposes.
• Examines stock level reports and performs reconciliation and verification of monthly ending inventories. Posts daily issue and transfer summaries, prepares monthly ending summaries and documents as required by current directives.
• Maintains retail accountability on inventory and sales by balancing all transaction documents.
• Codes, classifies, prepares, and maintains a system that records fixed assets for the MWR Department; ensures all items are carried under the proper account; computes, records, and reports depreciation on fixed assets in accordance with pertinent instructions; assures all processing deficiencies are promptly reconciled in accounting records and associated accounts.
• Prepares inventory lists, assists in conducting inventories of MWR property, verifies certificates of disposition for property that is being dropped from property records, and makes necessary adjustment to accounts through the debit and credit process with substantiating documentation.

Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the Accounting Branch.

Tax Examining Technician (Bilingual-Spanish)

• Analyzes replies to all AUR notices that propose adjustments to income, deductions, payments and/or taxes in which the taxpayer disagrees. Determines acceptability of the taxpayers' explanation of the proposed adjustments and any other issues that arise. Enters data in the automated system to generate notices, issue revised notices, and other letters. Takes appropriate actions to close cases.
• Examiner may will have written or verbal contact with English and Spanish speaking taxpayers and/or their representatives responding to IRS contacts regarding AUR situations. Analyzes all available information and takes corrective actions, such as, credit transfers requests, re-computes tax, penalty and interest (including restricted interest) and obtains information and explains adjustments, while encouraging compliance, to taxpayers, their POA and third parties. May contact the taxpayer, POA or third party to secure or clarify information.
• Examiner may work cases through Universal Case View, perform phone duties, access cases from other AUR sites. Additionally, employee may be required to access IDRS using various command codes to view taxpayers' accounts regarding payments received, reviewing transaction codes to determine the status of the case, making account adjustments, and transferring calls to the appropriate area.

Responsible for ensuring availability of consumables at pre-agreed levels bycarrying out physical checks and replenishing stock on a weekly basis for each ward/department. Orders are placed primarily with the NHS Logistics Authority electronically, and also with other suppliers in hard copy form. Required to drive Stores vans to deliver goods to Trust locations in the community, driving in a safe and professional manner at all times. Replenish stock by scanning bar-coded catalogues using a hand-held Personal Digital Assistant, the data from which is then uploaded to a networked PC, checked for accuracy and processed. Unload consumables from roll-cages and tote boxes, checking for accuracy, putting away in designated areas and removing roll-cages and containers from the ward/department to a less intrusive location to keep access clear. Keep ward/department storage areas tidy, ensuring products are in the correct location so they are easily found by clinical staff, and disposing of rubbish and empty boxes/containers.
