ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Business Support Coordinator at ULD Logistics & Distribution Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible to execute and facilitate the daily operations of the company. Main Responsibilities

Warehousing 

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished product.
• Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse
• Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.

Operations 

• Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import and export. Communicate with carriers, terminals, customs brokers, truckers and oversea agents.
• Ensure all shipment documentations are compliant with customs rules and regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication with customer, clients, carriers, forwarders, customs etc. and ensure an impeccable service.

As our Export Business Development, you will be responsible for the recruitment and establishment of strategic distribution partners in line with the company’s vision for growth. The Export Business Development will be responsible for managing and developing current export wholesale sales while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within a global marketplace to expand the distribution business. To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering or business
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain consulting environment with a focusSupply Chain Planning & execution OR Sourcing and procurement
• Bring your expertise, focusing on a supply chain planning helping customers build and execute supply chain strategy around S&OP / IBP OR focusing on Sourcing & Procurement to help organization to Source and procure effectively and efficiently

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Deep knowledge in one, or more, of the specific areas of expertise:
• Supply chain operating model design: Demand / Supply / Production / Logistics Planning, IBP / S&OP, Source to Pay, category management, SRM, Procurement outsourcing

Celik Group is a family owned and operated company specialising in the installation and servicing of air conditioning systems, ranging from single head split systems to complex VRV systems.
With newly obtained contracts with established builders specialising in high end architectural homes, we are in need of installers who know their trade inside and out, and can take on our high product delivery standards in their stride, who can start immediately.
Duties:
• Organising the daily run and ensuring the apprentice has everything he needs to succeed. While this may seem trivial, it is a major part of a tradesman’s day to make sure that not only their day is prepared but the apprentice too.
• Carry out preliminary checks at the job site on arrival to ensure the safety of the site for himself and any apprentices working under him on the day who might miss safety issues.
• Reading plans from drawings to set out installations.
• Installation of various systems including heat pump, VRF heat recovery, CRAC air conditioning systems.
• Working with refrigerant -As a fully qualified refrigeration mechanic it is important on site to do all the working out and handling of refrigerant.
• Calculating both mathematical working out of weighted refrigerant any unit may need as well as bottle management.
• Managing expenses to do with work vehicle.


Skills and Experience:
• Min 3 years of experience
• Sound level of technical ability and fault diagnosis
• Ability to be organised and follow systems accurately.
• Experience with paperless job management systems, or be able to quickly adapt with adequate training.
